I was returning my rotors and brake pads for my 2020 WRX since they didn't fit, and was told that they do not take returns since I got them online through the autozone website. I ask why, because his boss told him that before he left. No management present during work hours ,thats concerning when trying to get issues resolved.

My battery died and needed a replacement. Lee helped us with finding the correct battery and even replaced it on a hybrid car. We appreciate all the work Lee did to replace the battery. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Autozone for their exceptional service and great staff. ?

I am not great with automotive parts or repairs. I recently was shopping for brake pads, I didn’t even know where to start or to look. I went to your Romeoville store on Wednesday 1-31-24. A young gentleman named Hunter greeted me, and was such a big help to me. I felt at ease talking with him so I could find the correct brake pads for my GMC Terrain. You don’t find service like this anymore anywhere. I am pleased every time I visit an AutoZone store. I wanted to mention to your company I was extremely pleased with Hunter. I am an Uber driver so I will be back thank you so much.

Whats worse than waking up to a dead battery! Luckily I was able to get it started and over to Romeoville AutoZone where Lee quickly jumped to replacing my battery in single digit temps!!! Lee was professional and helped with everything down to removing the old corrosion on my cables and with a smile on his face. Guess what, didn't even charge me anything extra for the work, and gave me a credit for the battery he took out! Stellar performance Romeoville AutoZone!
