“It was great. Michelle and launa are so sweet and helpful and we're very patient with me and I really got the feeling that they were genuine. As long as you respect and realize how thard they work and how many people a day they have to deal with and your patient with them they'll be patientand helpful with you.For instance I wanted to see a certain unit but i really couldn't find the time to come back that way. Michelle suggested sending me a very helpful video of that type of unit that answered all my questions and she responded in the quickness. I love that about her.... and no matter how many questions I asked them. They answered all of them until I understood all the details.”

“One of the best places i ever lived. The staff was excellent Chris,Chrissy,and Ken. The Maintenance staff was great as well. Fermin leads that team. Everyone on the staff is courteous, helpful and cares about all the residents. I am really sad that i had to move out of state. Thornberry Woods in Naperville IL, treats you like family. The one bedroom was very spacious and you have your own washer and dyer, with a nice size balcony & storage closet. You wont go wrong with choosing Thornberry woods as your new home.”

“I absolutely love living in this complex! The staff is amazing and makes you feel like family. Courtney and Jessica in the front office are so helpful and work very hard! The maintenance is on top of their stuff and get things done as quick as they can. The hospitality is on point!! I’ve lived other places in this area and this is by far the best!! The pool is great and the dog park is perfect. Very little dogs so you can use it privately most of the time. I renewed my lease and look forward to the next year here.”

“I've been living here for the last 3 years, and everything has been good. Kristen our Property Manager is the best, and always on top of taking care of her residents, in a quick timely manner! The units are very nice, clean, and modernized. I've been very pleased living here thus far with no major issues and or concerns. The on-site pool and plenty of grills is definitely a plus, especially if you have kids, or young ones living with you. The staff is very nice and friendly!Thanks Kristen Demma, and staff.”

“Updated:I actually turned out to love this place. After 8 months I warmed up to the staff and the neighborhood. I felt safe. The only downfall is that you can hear your neighbors upstairs and there isn’t much to control that. I think the gentleman above me was not doing it intentional and just heavier built. I was able to tune it out and use a fan to draw out the noise. Pests were annoying sometimes, but the maintenance/management crew ensured this was always taken care of asap. The silverfish would come through the vents. I wouldn’t have moved but I had too. The workout room is awesome as well. I had a bad start but they always treated me kind regardless and that says a lot about a company.First off, I’ve been here for a week and a half. I will update at a later date as well.I had a Pest issue probably due to unit being vacant for awhile.staff has been attentive though with maintenance requests.Upstairs neighbor or neighbors stomp around. It’s very very very annoying.The unit was half cleaned. Microwave disgusting, rags left behind. Overall, the complex seems safe, but My goodness. Do I really need to wear ear plugs while I sleep?? If you move here, get a top level unit.”

It's a family owned business and are people oriented. with many employees benefits, and they believe in giving back.It's the type of company I would like to work for. . The property looked very nice and well kept. The layout that she showed me looked up to date and modern with many stylish touches . I learned about the on going improvements and updates that are in progress. I've had experience w/ property management company's as an employee and as a vendor of specialized services and this company is unique.”

“Been here 6months. No issues . The place is safe . If you have a issue maintenance is there that day to fix it.Common areas are always spotless and grounds taken care of.I love coming home to my apartment after working a long day to hear the fountains and know it’s quiet. It’s a big community with lots of working professionals such as myself that just like coming home to a nice cared for place. I am so happy to have found this place and hope to stay here for a while . “I’ve been living here for almost a yr and to be honest I don’t really have any complaints other than deliveries bc they can’t access our building oh and my car getting stolen last winter but the halls are clean the laundry room is clean and they always try to keep the grass nice and cut. Yes there’s dog poop here n there but that’s not on the property’s fault that’s on the dog owners .. oh and the rent .. it’s definitely pretty pricey.. but again everything went up these past couple yrs ?”
