I have never been so bluntly racial profiled in my life. It was an insult to me and my family. I will never shop here again. It was ridiculous the way the employees followed us thru that store. Never again.

I visited to get some hornet killer for a larger football sized nest at my home. Jacoby greeted me, and we initially joked a flamethrower may be the best option, but settled for researching items on the shelf that were more readily available. Ortho spray foam worked great for the 1st scary treatment last night, and the less expensive Ace brand spray finished off the remaining flying demons the following morning. Thanks Jacoby!

I went to this local hardware store to purchase keys for my door and I was watched from the time I entered the store until the moment I left the store it made me feel really uncomfortable and racial profiled I was the only customer in the store around 3:30pm the associate Carlos m. Spoke through his microphone letting the manager know that I was leaving there store I was shocked I looked around and I was literally the only person in the store the manager even stated oh you're purchasing more items I didn't understand why I was being watched I even had on my security guard uniform not a good experience I will never go back again and I wouldn't advise anyone else to shop there ever he didn't even wait until I left the store unexceptable especially for thos day and time I'm so disappointed in the service thanks for making me feel like I'm not a human being
