I’ve shopped at Zee Vapor and Tobacco a number of times. Kyle is always very professional, knowledgeable & provides great customer service. I’ve never had an issue. I highly recommend. Very satisfied customer!

Have bought 4 vape devices purchased from here and each has broke within 2 weeks of owning each. After the 4th I decided to talk to the merchant (shorter male with long hair and glasses) and try to rectify the situation. Whether that be “we will quality check our shipments” or “let us replace your latest product” I didn’t care, I just wanted to feel like some action was being taken. Instead the employee told me “it’s your fault” and “it’s weird you’re the only one saying this” so I told him “you blaming me, when this is a recurring thing, isn’t how we solve this” he then started shaking and refused to talk to me (I’m assuming cause he had no answer). When I asked for him to speak to me like a human and not ignore me, he threatened to call the cops so I left. If the actual owner reads this I would love to speak to you. I don’t want any money back, I don’t want any reprimand for an unruly employee… I just want to let the owner know his products are faulty and his employees need to learn how to have a difficult conversation. I know I probably just got unlucky with what I’ve bought but the treatment I just received is unnecessary. To be treated less than someone else then have the cops threatened on me when I was the one that stayed calm while explaining my point? That’s not right.

The place would be okay if it weren't for the little skinny dude that just stares at you and doesn't know how to say hello when you walk in and doesn't help you with anything and doesn't answer any questions.

I love this place. The manger and workers are so friendly! Everyone seems very knowledgeable. Thy have a decent selection with cheaper prices. The place is very clean, and if there's something you would like that they don't have in the store they do take requests. I'd also like to point out that as far as I have dealt with, they are very helpful to do the best they can and return it. That being said. Always bring a receipt if you can and try to return it within the same day

Great smoke shop! Mohammed is the man!!On a serious note, truly outstanding service by Mohammed. These smoke shops are usually a hit or miss. None the less this guy created a pleasant experience for our visit to this shop. Knowledgeable about the products, patient, efficient with helping other customers while we shopped, and extremely kind. Truly grateful for the service and we will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family.

I had pre-ordered the beta glass attachment for the puffco peak pro. I was told that there was going to be an additional delay in shipping. I had to cancel my order because I was moving to a new state. They ended up charging me a restock fee even though they did not have the item in stock. I had made the purchase through Sezzle. Zee vapor and Sezzle do not communicate properly with each other and I have been charged over $100 for a $260 item that was never in stock. I don't know how $100 is 10% of $260 but this company is here to screw you over along with their financer Sezzle. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. It was extremely hard getting in touch with the manager that would be able to process a refund at Zee Vapor, let's just say his customer service skills were very lacking. Definitely not a way to run a proper business. I hope this company tanks hard. There is a lot better vapor shops out there that care about their customers who are willing to go above and beyond to make sure the customer has a great experience. I did not experience that here. I am a 40-year-old combat veteran. Not looking for special treatment just wish that people treated each other better.

Love this vape store. Come here for one thing but the store is cool and very clean. Only issue is that they close at 9 and most times I will come a little bit before closing time because of work and they are closed before 9 o'clock which is annoying.

This is the second time I have asked which coil to buy and given the wrong one. I understand not being able to return without a receipt, but if I’m not 100% which coil to buy or I mention the one that I have in my vape currently.. you’d think the store associate would have that knowledge. It’s nothing personal and I’m sorry to give a bad review, but having to deal with this on more than 2 occasions frustrates me. You all are very friendly, but if I’m asking for help I would hope to be guided in the right direction.
