Average cost about average coustomer service... Doesn't stock the rolling papers I have gotten before any more I guess... Glass screens usually will be a third or so of them broken in at least one spot before you get the chance to use them.

I like to come here for my product & normally I always have a good experience. However, there is one employee who is stingy with the discount they advertise. They advertise a 15% discount when you give them a code & I have sent A TON of customers to zee vaper with this code since I work at a local dispensary.. however, this particular employee always wants to make it a 10% discount, today it was 12% lol I always have to correct him. Makes no sense why advertise it as 15% if you’re gonna try to be cheap & rip people off especially when I come in there almost weekly myself to buy product. Coming from a business owner myself, this is poor business practice & not right. Other than that I like the convenience of this location & they usually have the items I’m looking for.

Been comming to this location for years today was the first time the employee gave me no cash discount or offered to wrap my glass. 0/10 customer service this morning

Got an awful flavor RAZ vape that was also making me nauseated. I went in a few hours after buying it and asked if I could swap it out for a different flavor and I would pay cost or at least a decent discount but l all he offered was $2 off of the $23 vape then asked if he could do it for cost but he wouldn't budge. Raz has a 7-day flavor guarantee too and still nothing. Don't shop here it's expensive and they won't help.

I’ve shopped at Zee Vapor and Tobacco a number of times. Kyle is always very professional, knowledgeable & provides great customer service. I’ve never had an issue. I highly recommend. Very satisfied customer!

I love this place. The manger and workers are so friendly! Everyone seems very knowledgeable. Thy have a decent selection with cheaper prices. The place is very clean, and if there's something you would like that they don't have in the store they do take requests. I'd also like to point out that as far as I have dealt with, they are very helpful to do the best they can and return it. That being said. Always bring a receipt if you can and try to return it within the same day

Have bought 4 vape devices purchased from here and each has broke within 2 weeks of owning each. After the 4th I decided to talk to the merchant (shorter male with long hair and glasses) and try to rectify the situation. Whether that be “we will quality check our shipments” or “let us replace your latest product” I didn’t care, I just wanted to feel like some action was being taken. Instead the employee told me “it’s your fault” and “it’s weird you’re the only one saying this” so I told him “you blaming me, when this is a recurring thing, isn’t how we solve this” he then started shaking and refused to talk to me (I’m assuming cause he had no answer). When I asked for him to speak to me like a human and not ignore me, he threatened to call the cops so I left. If the actual owner reads this I would love to speak to you. I don’t want any money back, I don’t want any reprimand for an unruly employee… I just want to let the owner know his products are faulty and his employees need to learn how to have a difficult conversation. I know I probably just got unlucky with what I’ve bought but the treatment I just received is unnecessary. To be treated less than someone else then have the cops threatened on me when I was the one that stayed calm while explaining my point? That’s not right.
