Had a problem with my site. I accidentally deleted half of it from the internet. Sent a message to WHP (on a sunday). Replied in about 10 minutes and had already fixed what I deleted.

I have been a satisfied customer of ********************** since 2011. I make websites for individuals and small businesses. Above all, I continue to be impressed with how quickly I am able to get help when I need assistance. Making websites is not my full-time job, so I often forget steps or run into trouble with WordPress, so I use chat support to work through my issues - these guys are superb! Seriously. 95% of the time, the first person I speak to is able to help me with my problems and either tell me how I can fix it myself or they go ahead and fix it for me. Seven years ago or so, I had some problems with my client's email addresses getting blacklisted, that was pretty frustrating at the time, but the tech support team always responded quickly and helped get everything working again. To be honest, I'm not sure if this is still an issue or not, as my clients tend to use their own private emails or use Gsuite now. I feel like for the price and the service, you really can't go wrong with these guys.

I've been with WebHostingPad for over 15 years!I initially signed up because of their unbeatable signup offer. Very long ago, support was good, but a little slow; I figured "you get what you pay for" and, since my hosting was for personal use, it wasn't a big deal.However, over the past 5-10 years (perhaps more), they've upped their game. Besides adding online chat, response times for support (billing and tech support) has been very quick, helpful and professional. And pricing, though not in the same ballpark as the signup deals (which is standard practice in the industry, so I can't hold it against WHP), remains very competitive.I've had to downgrade my plan/server, this year, due to my changing needs. Once again, the level of support and professionalism has been exemplary, and the data migration was completed quickly and without a hiccup.I can comfortably recommend WebHostingPad to anyone. They're a real pleasure to deal with.

Have been using webhostingpad since the dawn of time for my personal site and it has been an epic journey. They have been with me from baby steps to marathons to cheering from the sidelines. I've rarely had any downtime or issues. Costs are very reasonable, and customer service is amazing. An email ticket is often replied to within the hour, and never longer than a day. They even fixed my site FOR FREE when it was hacked by pirates. I started using them because their product was a 'discount' compared to the competition, but the experience has been far from a discount. Here's to 15 years in the making and another 15+.

I purchased a hosting package from webhostingpad.com for a couple of websites. The package that I purchased is for unlimited space, and a few months after the purchase, I realized there were issues with the website's downtime and slow speed. They told me that I'm using up resources, which is causing the problems that I'm having with my websites. They sold me a package that they were unable to deliver as promised. And now, they are telling me that they don't provide backup options, and SSH access is not available on their shared hosting plans. I have been using shared hosting plans for years and always have backup or SSH access. The hosting company that is trying to move our websites over is professional, and they are having problems moving over the sites because of a lack of access to the files that they need; Webhosting Pad refuses to assist us with the access that is needed. They did not inform us that we wouldn't have this access from the initial stage. This is causing us problems switching to a server that will better meet the needs of our businesses. We would like an investigation to be opened into this company because a lot of customers have been taken advantage of by them, and they need to be held accountable. I am not afraid to stand up to tyrants! I am available if you would like to add your name to the victim list for a class-action lawsuit. Below, you can see the kind of behavior and treatment they give to customers. WebHostingPad has been my web host for years. I came for the low cost hosting but I've stayed because the customer support is stellar. Their support team is professional, prompt, kind, and incredibly good at what they do. I'm grateful for the choice I made long ago.

I have been using their services for uite a number of year and hhave never been disappointed. Their support service is quick and professional, and when users like me, who are not super tech savvy, they willingly walk you through until the problem is solved. Highly recommended.
