I just had a very pleasant experience! The doctor, Saunders, was very thorough during the exam and knowledgeable. I really appreciated him taking the time to answer all my questions and make sure my vision needs were taken care of. Also, Kat was very friendly and patient with me and made sure I was happy with my choice of frames. She was also very professional!

They entered and ordered wrong prescription for contacts. Called to resolve & was informed I would have to pay $80 for another appointment & $55 for new contacts. This was after being told to call within 30 days if something was wrong with my prescription

Do not go here unless you're ordering glasses from them. They will not do PD unless you order from them but do not tell you this beforehand so thanks for wasting my money

Sofia was very helpful , kind and especially nice. I was there picking out glasses for about an hour and 45 min. She was so patient with me and helped me make all my decisions about what looked best all the way to insurance matters. If you want a good experience picking out frames ask for Sofia.

Rudest and most unprofessional "optometrist" I have ever see. I think that so called doctor thinks she works in india and can be rude to customers.I will not go to that place again. When I ordered lenses, I could barely see, the lenses were so bad that I could not see where I was walking.Came back, they blamed me that I had bad vision, they replaced it with different lenses, this time they misplaced lenses (the right one was on the left side and vice versa). I was laughing but they could not understand.I think these people either have no education or they bought their diplomas from india and whatever the hell they came from.

Not satisfied with glasses. Could not see out of them. Told them my biofocal was too high (which it was determined by another optical center) and they didn’t want to refund my money. Had to back and forth four times with them to finally get my refund.

I had a great experience unlike the other reviews. I thought the Dr was really nice. She took her time with me and was very knowledgeable. She gave my kids a puzzle to work on and was super nice to them. One of the two girls that works in the front of the vision center is kind of rude but it was no big deal. I would recommend this place.

6 years ago when I first became a customer at this location I had a great experience. However, recently I stopped in to make an appointment for my yearly eye exam and I was told that "this location no longer has a Dr. The Dr quit. Please pray for us." I was taken aback by that response and I thought it was quite unprofessional. A month later I stopped into the same location to see if I could at least order replacement contacts there. The same girl that I ran into a month earlier was there and was quite rude. I said, excuse me miss I was wondering if I could order replacement contacts." She walked past me with an annoyed roll of the eyes look as if I was bothering her. Today I notice alot of stores do not properly train their employees about proper customer service. I will not be giving them my business needless to say.

This Walmart vision center has amazing staff and everyone is very friendly. The associates make sure they acknowledge you and help you in every way they can. I had a great experience with the doctor as well and recommend her to anyone who needs to get their eyes examined. Thank you for a lovely experience ladies!

Dr. Jency is a wonderful and caring optometrist. She is extremely knowledgeable and patient. I took my entire family to see her and we were extremely pleased. She answered all of our questions and did whatever was in her power to give us 20/20 vision. Looking forward to the next visit! Thank you Dr. Jency!

Dr. Jency is very professional and caring. She took care of my eye vision in timely manner and I’d highly recommend her to all. The staff working for her are also great. They explain everything simple and in a way that everyone will understand.Great dr.

I joined yelp just so I could write this review. My 2 kids got their eyes checked at the Walmart vision center at Rolling Meadows last week by the new doctor there. This was the most thorough eye exam. My kids were so comfortable with this doctor. They were actually excited to have the tests done. They are usually scared of doctors. The eye exam including photos of the inside of their eyes only cost me $50. One of my kids needed glasses and it was only $38. I'm definitely going back there for my eye exam and will bring the rest of my family. This vision center is clean and organized and best of all-their price is right!! I want everyone to know this place is a hidden gem. 5 stars!!

I wish I could give it no stars. Just don't take your little 5 year old there. The doctor was rude, mean and not kid friendly at all.
