If you need dry cleaning or taylor services please do NOT support Toms cleaners on euclid and plum. These people that own it charged me almost $300 to alter a couple dress pants and jacket and didnt do half of them. When i went back they said they forgot to charge me and wanted me to repay. I been using their services for a while but the stains never come out and constantly a different price. They were calling me a liar and saying the pants were never brought there. But when i showed them the reciept they were speechless. I can deal with mistakes but i dont like money hungry cheap business owners who screw their customers over. Sincetely

11/2020 The people here are great. Instead of cleaning we had an alteration to make. They took care of it and saved our nice coat. We will continue to come back for our business.1/2020 Love the service here. Always help me with my unusual cleaning needs. Old drapes, old coats, etc.

I used to go here but now I go somewhere else. The woman was nice in the beginning but not anymore. Customer service is not her strong point.

I have been going to Tom's for many years now and have had such good experiences here every single time! The staff are very kind and get to know their customers. They greet you with a friendly smile every time you step into the store. I trust them with my clothes and know that they take good care of them!

I brought my tuxedo in for alteration and I could not be any happier with the results. Tom took my measurements, he was very attentive to details. He advised me on pant length base on fit (slim vs regular). Took about 3 business days to complete the work. The seams look professional, the pants were perfect lengths and the jacket fits wonderfully. Also, the price appears low relative to other tailors that I've called or visited.

I have used Tom's Cleaners for over a decade. I use to live in the area and it was convenient, now I live several miles away and I make the drive. I get excellent service and a job well done. I read the other reviews and must say I have never discovered a marker writing in my clothes and although I now feel bad, I have never tipped and knowing the staff find it hard to believe anyone would say anything about it as suggested below. They are the ultimate professionals.

When my dry cleaners went out of business, I found Tom's. Two pair of dress slacks needed alterations. They did a very professional job and I was surprised at how inexpensive it was. Definitely will be back.

I've always had a good experience using Tom's cleaners. I read through the reviews and haven't experienced them writing my name in the clothes in permanent marker along with a rude female clerk. I've been taking my clothes here for about a year and have always been treated with respect. His turn around time of about 2 days has been reasonable as well. I take my husbands dress shirts, pants, and my dresses and scrubs here. They have taken care of my delicates as well, and I would say I recommend them coming from the fashion world. I used to work at a couture dry cleaner and have high expectations.

Dropped off clothes today. Prepaid and gave the lady a $2.00 tip. When I picked up the clothes a few hours later she stated "what no tip, I don't get any of this money" as she tore up the receipt I handed her. I reminded her that I had tipped her $2.00 when I dropped the clothes off. She said she was testing my memory. I don't think so!

I took my shirts here a few times to get dry cleaned and just discovered that they have written my last name in permanent ink on the inside of the shirt in block letters. I never asked for this nor was I ever informed that they would be doing this. It's rude and inconsiderate to ruin a $100 dress shirt with permanent ink or bleach without asking its owner. What if it would have been a borrowed shirt? Or if I had been taking one in for a friend?
