I live here and it is a very clean facility. The staff is very friendly and take good care of me. I would have my family do rehab here is great and lots of improvements. It is a safe and healthy place for a nursing home.

This is one of the best places to work, the team is so caring. I would recommend the Pearl of Rolling Meadows to my family and friends if they ever need exceptional, 5 star care.

My mom was a resident at the Pearl in Rolling Meadows Il. At 98 years old, she was a resident for approx. 1 1/2 years. She received good care from the staff which is headed by an excellent and caring Administrator. They take very personal care of each resident, talking with them and attending to their needs. I do recommend enrolling your loved ones at the Pearl for good attention and positive nursing care. I personally thank Sean Davy, Administrator for all his hard work.

My mom was here for a short time unfortunately prior to her passing. I have significant experience with nursing homes as both my parents required 24x7 care prior to passing. I say that to give credibility to my feedback. After being a very strong advocate for my parents across over 8 different nursing homes, my experience with pearl was by far the best.Nurses wee

The memory care wing on 2nd floor is unorganized and very uncaring. Rooms have no stimulation. Just a bed and a dresser (that looks like it was picked out of the garbage.) No chair, no TV, no phone and the mattresses are 5 inches thick, lumpy and uncomfortable. The only bathe them once a week at most. All personal belongings get lost or stolen. My mother had 3 bags and only left with 1 bag. Later they returned 2 empty bags and the tv that we brought that also went missing. She was left in a dark hallway in a wheelchair with no pants on her the first night she arrived from their Elk Grove location. It's memory care and they wouldn't put her name on her room door. I asked several times but they never complied. When she got covid from being there she was locked in her room with absolutely nothing to do for 10 days!!. She didn't get to walk anywhere besides her small room that she shared with another patient. Her mind deteriorated while there too, she was worse then ever. Zoo animals are treated better then the poor people who stay there. It is a very sad and depressing facility with no compassion for residents, just money!!!!

I would give The Pearl of Rolling Meadows ten or twenty stars!!!My 35 year old daughter, with special needs, has been treated with the utmost care. From Sean, the top administrator, to Jess the coordinator, and Sara the medical genius, my girl is coming back from a very dark place. Every staff member is extraordinary. Thank you, Neal, John, Izzy, Lenora, housekeepers, cooks, nurses, and wound care. You have changed my family's nightmares to hopes of better things ahead!!!

Pearl of Rolling Meadows is a top notch facility led by a fabulous team of managers! My family and I are extremely pleased with the care my loved one receives at the facility. Excellent care, responsive staff and involved management that go above and beyond! I highly recommend Pearl of Rolling Meadows!

The good outweighs the bad. From our observations, this is a solid decent nursing home. Not too bad. We Recommend.

I’ll update this review with more details later, but if you truly care about your loved one, do some research and place them somewhere else. This place is horrible. The staff doesn’t care.

I went by the reviews to admit a loved one to this facility. Any good review listed cannot be the same place my loved one went to.Some of the staff are caring and show that they actually like what they are doing. The rooms are dirty, the food is low quality and the care is just ok.When you need to speak with management no one ever answers and you never know if the message that you sent went to the individual asked for a janitors closet because no voicemail states whose line you received and no message is never available. There are several people that ask for help and some of the residents are standing in the hallway waiting for a staff member to come and assist their needs. I understand that everyone has to wait their turn but, it's a very sad scene. My loved one was taken to a medical appointment that was cancelled and was clearly advised to a staff member of the cancellation. It was unknown to the family that the resident was out of the facility. When the resident was brought to a doctors appointment the doctor needed information that would have only been in the resident's chart and the individual that answered the phone at the facility was rude and told the doctor to call back.I can go on and on but, I am trying to avoid someone else from making the same mistake we made by sending your love one to this facility.

My 98 year old mother is receiving great care at the Pearl thanks to the caring nature of the Staff. Anxhela from Social Services and Luca from Maintenance have been exceptional as well as Grace, Sean and so many others. Their hard work is greatly appreciated.
