Horrible uncared for work when reassembling, my interior was basically half loose since clips fell out and they didn’t bother to Atleast try and find the clips that I found laying in the car. Also my SEATBELT wasn’t correctly installed which is a big safety concern. Rear bumper has maybe 2 of the 10 screws holding it in, paint work is alright but overspray in some areas, my door doesn’t close correctly now and it was better before I brought it in. Door handle is rubbing the door now causing scratches and wearing through the paint. They pushed back the pick up date by probably a month and I’m not happy with the lack of effort…

Great service. Car had some dents and scrapes from an accident but was fixed and paid for by the insurance. Car repair took less than a week. Great job!

I love this place for the fantastic job they did on my car it took a little time witch was expected but the finished product was worth the wait. I would recommend that you go here for body work, that's what I got and it turned out amazing.

They finally offered a rental at week nine of repairs and said they'd cover it, and so I got a rental from Enterprise- only to discover they used MY CREDIT CARD to pay it despite telling me they were covering it. Goodbye another $1000. This shop is slow and sneaky and dishonest.I'm still waiting for my car back after I dropped it off on 9/30. It was a minor front end fender bender. It took two weeks to get estimated. Then parts were ordered, but only partially, and they blamed their vendors for partial deliveries, and told me late in October, four weeks in, that they had everything but the left headlight and could finally start work. A week later on 11/4 they said there were radiator struts missing, that their parts order had missing elements of an assembly so they had to wait for that. Then they promised 11/23, yesterday, and now they're saying their paint sprayer is broken and they have no idea when exactly that will be serviced by their vendor. They hadn't bothered to inform me of this, I once again had to chase information. I am going to get my car back tomorrow even though it's unpainted. I have to go to their Libertyville location, where it was moved without me being informed prior. This collision company has awful, inefficient service, and nobody is willing to take any responsibility. Parts should have been inventoried upon reception. They kept getting surprised by missing stuff, repeatedly. There have been so many shifting excuses that I can't help but think they're lying to me to cover their own lack of management, process, staffing, or all of the above. It's been 8 weeks for minor repairs. I stayed patient, kind, and understanding throughout, but that's over now. I'm taking my property back tomorrow, ugly or not. And if it can't be driven because they lied to me about just needing paint now? I would not be surprised.

I had a great experience at this location. Everyone was friendly and professional. They communicated well throughout the repair. They definitely under promised, and over delivered, originally the repair was estimated to take longer than it did, and I was very pleasantly surprised when it was finished a week earlier than expected. They did a wonderful job with the collision repair and painting. They also made it seamless for me to transition out of my rental in back into my own car. They helped coordinate things with Enterprise rental on my behalf.Services: Painting

After a large limb fell on my car and two weeks of frustration with my insurance company, working with Service King was a breeze. My car was towed to Rolling Meadows because they had an immediate opening. They evaluated my car within 24 hours and contacted my insurance company. Don't waste your time with them at this Rolling Meadows location. I contacted this location and spoke to the receptionist to schedule the appointment AFTER we received the estimate from them. A guy from the location called us and started saying they couldn't work on the problem because it's not a collision damage. Hello?!?! it's a collision damage and its body frame issue so that they could estimate with all the repair details.Just because this particular person was irresponsible and LAZY to contact our insurance company to coordinate. All other people we spoke from corporate office was nice so only this location. I will share this with all my staff and friends about this. Always there is a person like this ruins its entire business reputation. I feel bad about the business.

They've had my daughters car now for 3 months. For the past 2 months we've been told "it'll be ready Friday" and yet for the past 3 months evrrytime Friday rolls around, they find something else. This company is full of lies. We've spoken to 2 different service writers (Josh & Eric) and it's always 2 different stories. All they do is lie and aren't trustworthy or up front with us. Eric speaks to you in a very condescending manner. Not sure if it's because we are females, but it sure feels that way. He talks to us like we're idiots. NEVER EVER trust this company. I will make sure to contact the Better Business Bureau. Not sure how they are still in business. Never in my life have I received such HORRIBLE service.

PLEASE do not take your car here. The worst car service experience ever. My family member has been taking their car here for years and it has gone downhill. The car was brought in after being in a minor accident, and it took forever for the car to get fixed.. approximately 2 months! They either don't return calls or give you the run around whenever you call. They told me they ordered the wrong part THREE times, after continuously promising to have my car fixed by a certain date. After reading reviews, this seems somewhat common which raises a red flag. Hundreds in rental car fees later, we went to the shop to find out what was going on and it was sitting fixed in the lot, so it was brought home (FINALLY). Best part is three days later, they finally called and said the car was ready to be picked up. Seriously..? It was already picked up and would have been sitting there while getting charged for multiple extra days with the rental. Save yourself the money and headache and go somewhere else! These people seriously do not care at all!

Not happy with them at all. Had a small fender bender, insurance recommended this shop. I asked to have all parts ordered before I bring the car in. Once they opened the car I was told a bit more damage was discovered. No problem. We've been waiting on one part for 3 weeks. Turns out place they ordered from either didn't send it or sent wrong item. Every time I call they tell me it's coming and they act so bored talking to me as if me wanting my car back is an inconvenience to them. I will never use them again. Update: got my car back after 3.5 weeks. 2 of those were wasted by waiting on a part they kept ordering but was wrong. Had my car for a week when it broke down on the side of the road. When towed to this shop they said it's not their fault. Had to find a mechanic to take my car. Turns out service king missed many broken pieces that caused the car to break down. Insure doesn't want to cover it. Now I'm out $1500 out of pocket to fix car, another $600 in car rental and $300 in tow fees. Please don't use them!!!!

I wish I could give them 0 stars. They don't return phone calls. My car still isn't fixed correctly after 2 months. They tried to send me off with my car when there was clearly more damage that they missed and the alignment was off. Thought they could "hide" the noise the car was making by turning the fan on high and having the radio loud. They have lied to me, the insurance company and the dealership where they finally had to sublet e repairs to more times than I can count.
