I had a replacement work boot speed grommet that broke brought it to Alex. Within 2 days I had the boot back. No Frills does Honest Work fast and efficient can't ask for more ! I had a purse backpack that I had bought a few years ago but the zipper stopped zipping. I had posted online to see if anyone knew of a place that could fix it, which led me here. Owner was straightforward with the price and told me it would be ready in 3 days and it was! Would recommend to anyone.
