Andy and everyone at Platinum were great to work with on my refi. Might have taken a little longer to close than I was hoping but with all that is going on with Covid these days it is understandable ... and they were even able to close the deal at a lower rate than originally quoted. All in all a great service and happy with them. Would definitely use again and refer them to others.

Randy was great for us. He was always in communication with us - letting us know what he was doing, what he needed, what the next step was, etc. He was super friendly & on top of things. He explained why they needed everything they did & what they were doing with it. He worked with us for alternatives when we lacked some of the preferred requirements for the loan. The company’s website/portal was easy to use. He is a great agent! Would definitely recommend Platinum Home Mortgage & Randy Perre!
