We had a great experience with Frances at Palella’s. After our accident he towed the van and was able to work with our insurance to do the repairs on-site. The turn around time was good. We were happy with the repairs done.

This body shop will go to the extreme excellence in repairing your vehicle along with making the whole picture convenient for your interim needs. The owner **** and ***** are most personable in making sure every detail of the repair process goes in order to insure a final well done attractive repair job. My vehicle was returned nicely detailed with even a prior paint scratch repaired.

If you make a mistake I'm where you park just know it says auto body but in reality it's an impound they charge up the wazoo by the day and if they tow your vehicle and their business happens to not be open the following day or weekends or certain times you are double charged for storage fees and late fees and on top of that not only the toll fees.

I think so highly of this family owned body shop! Mario and his wife are wonderful to deal with and their quality of work super exceeds expectations. They handled the insurance company and even went to bat for me when they(insurance co.) didn’t want to cover some of the work.
The paint quality and match was spot on. I dare to challenge anyone to say this car was ever in an accident. They even repaired an interior part that was broken and totally unrelated for FREE!!!
I had gone to three other body shops before choosing Palella’s. I’m so glad I chose them!

Fantastic service. I was unfortunately in need of front end and hood repairs after a car accident and Mario and his team were amazing. Palella's came as a recommendation to me and I absolutely would recommend Palella's to anyone in need in future.

BEWARE!! My car rental was towed here by police and dropped off for 24 hrs. When I went to collect my stuff from the rental car, there was $600 of items and gift cards missing from my car. They also went through personal information I had in my car and could of stolen personal information for identity theft! When I called to confront a worker they of course denied it. I started to ask around and was told by some friends that they also had items missing from their car after it was at this shop! The rental place also told me they've had customers complain about stolen items out of their car while their rental was impounded at this shop too. I was told that the lady who runs the place is shady and runs scams like this all the time and then passes these items quickly off to other people to get rid of evidence. If ever your car gets towed here, make sure police or whoever tows the car, gets an inventory list of your car items. That was the mistake that both the police department made and I made and now I have 100's of dollars of items missing! Please DO NOT bring your car here and beware if it gets towed to this lot! SN: Y'all have proven how unprofessional you are with your rude and childish responses back to customers who rate you poorly! That said, I did my research with both the tow truck company and auto shop it was dropped off at, there is surveillance proving that they didn't take my items. That ONLY leaves your shop. Now you don't have a bad reputation for stealing just from me. Clearly this is an ongoing problem with your company. This review will stay up as a warning to others. Y'all have yourselves a good day and try to be a little more professional with your responses! Not very business savy to belittle a customer like a child or have the review deleted!

Mario the owner is the BEST! I had gone to three other body shops and got attitude and basically no help or guidance at all. Thank God, I stopped into their shop. They handled everything! Even went back to the insurance company fighting on my behalf! AND fixed broken interior part that was totally unrelated for FREE!! The paint and body work was A+ . I couldn't be happier!
