“I had never been before so I didn’t know you’re supposed to wait for someone outside the garage and then leave your keys and go inside. It unfortunately took a while for me to get someone’s attention (thinking just cause it was a little busy). However, once someone was able to assess the situation they were very nice and helpful. Overall nice staff and would recommend.”
“All I can say is WOW!! I have never experienced such amazing customer service before. Brad and Gavin serviced my vehicle and they were professional, nice, and they truly DO NOT miss a single detail down to asking if I would like my windshield cleaned and topped off the air in my tires without even asking. You’re greeted with a cold bottle of water and nothing but kindness and courtesy. It truly takes no more than 20 minutes every time I’m here. The biggest thing for me is being able to leave feeling like I wasn’t hounded to buy/replace everything, the techs are thorough with their checks however don’t pressure you too much to buy anything (unless it really needs to be replaced like my filter!) which as a woman who knows nothing about cars, I appreciate so much!! They actually show you how dirty it is and explain why it could be a problem. 10/10 recommend coming here and WILL be back again.”

“I traveled to Illinois from Canada and during the second half of my drive, my engine started to overheat. I contacted Schaumburg Automedics and they were able to take a look at the car that morning and get me back on the road by the end of the day. It felt like they truly went above and beyond in customer service AND services done to my vehicle. I felt like I was in a very vulnerable position and they did not take advantage of the fact that I needed the repair done in order to get home. Didn’t try to sell me on services that I didn’t need. Very communicative in sending me a full report on what they found and gave a realistic timeline on when the vehicle would be fixed, and then stuck to it! The car is running great after the fix! I cannot recommend this shop enough. Thank you to Bill and the rest of your team for making a very stressful situation a million times better!”

“I am a senior citizen, a woman and I live alone. I am knowledgeable and capable about many things...but not cars! I usually take my car to Cassidy for maintenance. I know the work will be done correctly and I won't be taken advantage of with costs. The waiting room is clean, and everyone is always friendly and courteous. Today I went out to start my car and found my battery was dead. I went on Cassidy's website and chatted with Rich. He had Elando (so sorry, I know that's not the correct spelling and I can't find it anywhere!) call me and he arranged to have someone here in 20 minutes. Rich called me back to make sure someone had called me. Justin met me and in no time had replaced the battery. He checked the panel and advised me to drive around for a few minutes and everything would reset. I was so thankful they were able to come to my rescue! I couldn't have asked for better service. Always go to Cassidy, they are the best! Thank you all!”

I still bring my Explorer to Wickstrom and they continue to do great work. Super nice people and always talk me through the process. They take great care of my car and appreciate how kind they are every time I come in. I typically use Jon in the service department and he’s awesome; super helpful. I recently had Rob as my service advisor and he was great too! Everyone is super helpful.
I did not buy my Ford Explorer through Wickstrom but that hasn’t stopped them from giving me outstanding service. I only take my explorer to Wickstrom thanks to their fantastic service department. I drive over 40 minutes to get my oil changed just so I can have these guys do the work. Austin in the service department has been awesome to work with. I’ve have a few recalls and a repair done and every time he’s kept me in the loop. The facility is clean and so welcoming and everyone is so nice. Hoping my explorer makes it quite a few more years but when I need a new car I’ll definitely be getting one through Wickstrom. Great job guys!”

My tire light kept coming on. I took to my car to the Honda dealer for service, including a tire rotation. I asked them to inspect the tires, and they said they were fine. One week later, the tire light was back on. I took my car to LZ Tire and Auto, and they found and repaired the nail in my tire (pressure was down to 19 lbs in one week).
In sum, LZ Tire folks are:
Super nice. Super friendly. Obviously qualified! I also was missing a valve cap which they replaced....the dealer didn't. Just sayin'.

“Pull right in when I got there and immediately 4 guys started working on my car. Oil changed, windshield washed, tire pressure checked and whatever else they checked in about 10 minutes. Very quick and professional
A year later things didn't go as well. I was told by the guy who changed the oil that I'm due for a transmission flush. I went with it then googled and found that transmission flushes should be fine between 50-100,000 miles. I have 45,000. No reminder sticker of next oil change put in my car and the main screen in my car was left with the oil change notification on it which I don't know how to change that. When I called whoever answered the phone seemed irritated that I had called.
In all fairness, the guy who is usually behind the desk when I go thrrr was not there that day”

These guys are awesome. They always work fast, go the extra mile to check and fix little things. Their prices are reasonable and they don’t over charge you or tack on hidden fees and costs at every opportunity They are also very friendly and approachable. I do my oil change, car wash and had at least several emergency situations when I showed up without appointment, all panicjy and despite them being busy they were always ready to help.

“I procrastinated over buying a newer car until it became a necessity. I was holding out for the possibility of finding that one vehicle that put a smile on my face but was affordable as well. The task was becoming very difficult because used cars and interest rates are not favorable for buyers right now. I decided to travel out into the polar snow vortex of last weekend and drive to Wickstrom Ford. Needless to say I think everyone was very surprised to see me and I had the full team at my disposal. I felt like a rock star. And was treated like one. I was concerned being an older single female that my requirements would be disregarded. That was not the case at all. Everyone worked together and listened to what I had to say. My sales person Chris Kason was awesome. He took the time to walk me through everything.
