Ghetto and unprofessional establishment. They make it almost impossible to retrieve your items which is illegal, they can not keep your personal items in the vehicle. Then on top of that when you schedule an appointment they dont send you the details till you call them 5+ times.

Made an appointment for 11:30 arrived at 11:45 to pick up my car. All my personal items from my car were removed when I had 21 days to pay amount. Went through my personal items, items was stolen. $150 worth of items was stolen. After making a appointment a head of time car was not ready. They took 30 mins to give me my car. They were so unprofessional even the manger. They Also cut my key replaced my nissan key with a off brand new key

Thieves. They steal your car and charge $240 to get it back. Front office is literally a tiny hallway with a blocked window so you dont see the thieves face. Only take cash or credit. No debit because that would be too convenient. Parking lot is literally unpaved and so is the lot where they keep your car.

Why do towing companies live up to their infamous reputations? As a towing company, you deal with people often at their worst time, but the lack of respect and incessant lying is unfortunate. Another company, Northwest recovery is added to the list of lying and deceitful companies that make it so much harder for the customers then it needs to be. I hope you as employees of this company never have to deal with people exactly like you. Absolutely disgusting and shameful!

The front office feels like you’re in a trap house with the covered window and extremely small room. Also totally disrespectful when trying to answer your questions. Then the fee is outrageous, 240 bucks for driving around 2 miles and sitting in the lot for about 5-7 hours. What a way to screw over hard working people trying to get to work. The federal government should be making more laws to prevent price gouging with these towing companies.

We as a community should be praying for the employees at this location. They have to deal with people at their worst, it can't be healthy for anyone here. I pray that they find a more rewarding line of work that gives them fulfillment and helps the community.

The Lady in the window literally don't hear the clients and she was so rude... bad customer service.She was very impatient and not friendly at all. She doesn't even care what we are trying to say and just wants to get it over asap.
