Been to this location for the past 5 years, today was by far THE WORST service I’ve ever had. Called to check on my prescription at 4 pm they told me it would be ready in 40 minutes. I arrive to the pharmacy at 5 pm and they tell me my medication will arrive tomorrow at 2pm. Explained to them I spoke to someone and they had said it would be available for pick up TODAY. They proceeded to tell me to come back in 10 minutes. Came back and that’s when I encountered Adrianna A. Really bad attitude to be in the medical field. Asked me for my date of birth 3 times, upon check out she gave me my total, which was a lot more than usual. So I asked If prices had gone up? As this is a medication I get Every month and for the past year at least it’s been a steady amount. With a very smart attitude she tells me “yea, A lot of things have gone up” as if Im not aware, maybe she thought I’ve been living under a rock. Clearly I was Looking for more insight as she works there, not me. Didn’t get my question or concern answered. She then proceeded to ask for my date of birth AGAIN, asked me if I wanted my prescription or not. Again with horrible attitude. She then proceeded to charge me and the price she told me was different from the price showing on the terminal so I brought It to her attention and she rolled her eyes and took the terminal back. I’m sorry that doing her job is such a bother to her. She should’ve checked the amount before asking me to pay, had I paid Idk if I would’ve Been able to get refunded, since she didn’t know many things at this point. I will take my money/business else where so that I can be treated with respect because Adrianna lacks customer service and proper manners . She obviously needs more training.

Cheapest price out of all pharmacy’s for my 3 medications through GoodRX Gold. Staff is kind and it takes less than 15 minutes of waiting for it all to be done. I would highly recommend this place for certain meds.

There is an albino male pharmacist who gives me the evil eye that makes me uncomfortable and asks me judgmental questions that make me even more uncomfortable when I pick up my much needed pain medication. How dare you! I don't wish my pain on others so why does a pharmacist judge me for receiving pain medicine? Liv3 and L3arn

Kudos Kudos Kudos - to the entire staff. Thank you for always assisting me with questions and/or concerns. Even when I had covid they sent my meds my courier.

Pharmacy is having a hard time maintaining drug supply, but has yet to report said issues to the appropriate regulating authority.Issue is ongoing as of 6-months, with multiple individuals (myself included) going without needed medication

We had both of my children’s pediatric Covid shots at Meijer pharmacy. Every one of the pharmacists were absolutely fantastic. So friendly, fast, and wonderful with kids. This last shot she had it in my daughters arm so fast that she hardly even noticed it was already happening. My kids both request to come to Meijer for their shots from now on!

Well oiled machine! I went in needing to transfer a laundry list of medications. It didn't throw them at all. I was impressed! As a chronic patient, THIS place is a godsend
