I recently purchased a pre-owned Mercedes and wanted to have the car assessed. I was referred to Luxury Imports by family, contacted them and made an appointment. After a detailed inspection, the owner, Nick brought up the negatives as well as the positives. He suggested maintenance and repairs that were completed over the course of two visits. Nick is an expert in Mercedes, BMWs, etc., and seems very passionate about the technolgy within, and the performance output such cars are engineered for. Nick and the team had the car running and performing almost like new! Nick will take the time to explain what he believes the primary issues are, what needs to be done asap, and what can wait. The upfront price estimates for work suggested were reasonable and accurate. I highly recommend Luxury Imports Auto Sales and Service!

Highly recommend if you are looking for a used vehicle. My son purchased a 2009 Honda Civic Si here in excellent condition at a fair price, and the process was smooth from start to finish. Nick and Judy were incredibly helpful and friendly, and they were very responsive each step of the way. There was a minor issue with the vehicle after we purchased it, and Nick repaired it quickly for no charge. They even connected us with a place to do the financing. I cannot say enough about how great they were to work with.

I recently bout a 2017 Volkswagen Golf form this dealership. They were very transparent and knowledgeable about the vehicle. When I arrived they had the vehicle ready and cleaned for me in the service area to look at and inspect. The vehicle I looked at specifically had zero rust, body was very clean for a 7 year old car. Mechanically was very sound. We were able to test drive the vehicle and everything. The price was also perfect, you will not find prices like there’s anywhere else. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a good, reliable car that will last a long time. One of the few good dealerships! Very happy with my purchase!

Called about a car that was way overpriced. They would not negotiate with me price wise compared to what cars in similar shape were going for. The lady was nice at first but turned into a witch of a person and hung up on me. If this is how they treat a serious buyer asking questions about why the car is 6 grand more than what they are actually on the market for, I would definitely stay away from these losers. If you like throwing money away and don't want to get more bang for your buck, then do business with these guys. If you want to save some money and have a better buying experience, do some research on the car you want and compare prices on CarGurus and ask questions. They hate being asked questions.

Purchased a rare 2011 E90 335i manual.Nick and Judy are fantastic to work with. They are honest, straightforward, and genuinely pleasant. I had the car inspected and the couple minor repairs were taken care of before delivery.I look forward to purchasing our future cars from here.

After searching for a new car for over a month, visiting dozens of dealerships and test driving dozens of cars, Nick was refreshing to work with. He was honest, and you could tell he cared about the cars he was selling, unlike almost every other dealership I visited. Cars were cleaned up and detailed, and he was very upfront with any recent repairs they did and history on the vehicle. I ended up purchasing a BMW from him, and couldn't be happier with the purchase.
