The lady at the register will talk crap about you if she sees you're heading over to the squishmallows. So RUDE. She should be lucky she's getting more business otherwise the place would be dead unless it was Christmas.

Ordering online was easy, but dealing with this store was awful!. The customer service at this store is terrible, not friendly at all. The hallmark corporate people are wonderful and other hallmark stores are friendly and want to keep their customers happy. Not this store, I will never shop this hallmark again!

I have been shopping at this Hallmark shop since I was young. This is our go-to store for quick gifts. I love bringing my children to the shop. It reminds me when my grandmother used to bring us. Anytime I have a question or need help, the staff has always been helpful. Most recently, I was on the hunt for a large Squishmallow for my daughters. I called and the associate who answered the phone was kind enough to find the item and measure the toy. I will definitely continue to purchase from Joelle's. #supportsmallbusinesses #shoplocally
