Best customer service. Only reason I see them having a low rating is if a client is having a bad day or is just rude in demeanor resulting in manifesting what they don’t want. Just be kind to people, don’t demand things.

This place is highly recommended! Jewel-Osco is incredible! Their place is full of high-quality and awesome items. You can find so many great things here that can really amaze you. My girlfriend and I came here again the other day and we found everything at this place has a fair and reasonable price. It was really awesome. They are way cheaper than other grocery stores around the area. You can literally save a lot of money here compared to going to shop at other stores. This place, even though the shop had been going for many, many years. It really never had any major issues. I had been shopping here for almost 12 years and I would say that this is definitely the best place for me as I always like shopping, especially with my lover. It had been our hang out thing ever since. They really have everything, beer, food, and other stuff. Their alcohol area is supreme. I am telling you man. Their staff here are so kind, decent, and attentive. They all know how to treat the customers so right. Definitely recommending this place! Thank you for always giving me such great experience! Keep up the good work! kudos!

Went there the first time at 5PM. Waited almost an hour. I left. Figured next day during the early afternoon would be better.Went a 2nd time at 11 AM. Waited 30 minutes. Left. Had to go back to work.Seriously, what is the hold up?

I stood at the deli counter being ignored by two employees for 5 minutes before I finally gave up. If you are busy please acknowledge the customer and let them know you will be right with them. Basic courtesy goes a long way.

11/2020 This is our local Jewel. Find what we need each week. We do shop for some items elsewhere. But this is usually the most convenient place and the prices are pretty good. Produce is good and fresh. We are finding some products for the us that are dairy free. Have one person in the house requiring that. And that is very helpful. Selection of foods are good. We typically find all that we require. Staff is pretty helpful and plentiful. Some other places don't have as many staff and therefore harder to find help when needed. We find this store very helpful to us and love having it in our neighborhood.

We just went yesterday and saw SO many people walking around without masks. Aren't the employees supposed to not allow anyone into the store without a mask??

Your cashiers are exposed to hundreds of people everyday . Why aren't they issued masks to protect themselves from the public / who in turn just might pass bad things bad to your customers . You are OSCO , you have the face masks right there ! Show some adult responsibility by issuing them to your employees now !
