I have been in the print industry for 20 years and without a doubt IT supplies is one of the best suppliers in the industry. I have purchased equipment, inks and materials from them and will continue to do so. They have a really good youtube collection on their equipment and other product solutions. It's very informative, be sure to check that out. Will is the best rep I have ever worked with, very knowledgeable about materials and equipment. Fast delivery, excellent service and competitive prices. What more can you ask for? A+ company.

I thoroughly enjoy working with IT Supplies and our rep there. She is fantastic. Everything comes quickly and without issue. When there are product or shipping issues, IT immediately and professionally addresses the issue and finds a fast resolution.

IT Supplies has been supporting me and other photographers with all our printing needs for many years. I was recently reminded of why it’s important to recognize them for their domain experience and knowledge. A few weeks ago, I was having some challenges with color fidelity on some of my prints, and needed to talk to someone with printing experience. In a world where it’s difficult to talk a human being, iT Supplies answered the phone took my information down and in a couple of hours a technician called to give me multiple options, for solving my issue. Disappointed with Product and Customer Service.I recently purchased a printer from IT Supplies, and unfortunately, it has not met my expectations. From the moment I set it up, I encountered multiple issues with its functionality.While every product can have occasional defects, what disappointed me even further was the customer service. I reached out to the sales manager multiple times to address the issues, hoping for a resolution. Sadly, my concerns were ignored.I expected better from a company like IT Supplies both in terms of product quality and customer care. I hope others think twice before making a purchase, or at the very least, be aware of the potential challenges ahead.
