“So website said room was available and for this price, but when I get there there is only the higher priced room available, I think some type of accomodations should've been made I didn't need a room with a mini fridge, but I have to pay that room price .... I'm only here till my delayed flight which leaves 7am, I'm checking in at 2am.

“We have visited this Sybaris several times just for my spouse and I can enjoy the jacuzzi and steam room and relax as well as for a few of our wedding anniversaries. We have never been disappointed. It's always clean, inviting and relaxing. We love the shower/steam room combo we had this last time. That was amazing! We will continue to come here 1-2 times a year as we always have for the last 7 years!! Thanks Sybaris!!”

“What a wonderful stay. !!From the decorations in the lobby and hot cider. The warmest pool I’ve ever swam in at a hotel.The cleanest bathroom in the room . You really feel comfortable .The manager Jamie was so helpful, always detailing the lobby area to make everything look perfect. This is a 5 star stay! Very quiet,, great for a good nights sleep. You have to love having the heater, air, unit not in the bedroom for a great nights sleep. Plus the full fridge, living space.Our New Favorite place to stay and we’ll always look for a Homewood Suites hotel.”

“The rooms were very nice ( everything seemed new)and the bedding was comfortable. The heat/AC worked well. Daily breakfast was very good and the workers there constantly watched to refill any empty serveware or carafes. I saw many hard working people. I was especially glad to see they made gluten free bread available for breakfast and kept allergies in mind for their guests. Reasonable prices and good service! The only thing I missed was that you could not “cast” on the TV as it advertised, but we really didn’t watch enough TV for it to matter.”

“The best thing about it is that it was very convenient to where I was needing to be. Also, the breakfast is absolutely stellar – the best I’ve seen anywhere. the bed is very nice, But the sofa and chairs aren’t very comfortable.. Upkeep on the whole place is below average—There’s always something wrong with something. it took days to get a microwave delivered to my room. The people at the desk range from being very pleasant and engaging to downright rude. I will say that the manager went out of his way to help me replace meds that the housekeeper had inadvertently knocked into my sink. That was super.”

“Great hotel and stay, but as it’s getting cold at night, and having coffee throughout the day isn’t important as coming in at 5:30 in the evening and the coffee is old and not hot at all. 5 stars if you brewed coffee for your guest return each day in the evening around 5pm. So every checkin during the cold evening is greeted with cold coffee. This is an easy fix. I’ll be back in a week or two.Signed A lifetime diamond member.”

“So far, 5 stars will edit by morning if there are any issues. Bed is comfortable, and the toliet flushes extremely fast and powerful?. A/C works great in my room. Check-in was fast. The only complaint is that the floor in my room had 4 dead bugs. Looked like roaches but not 100 percent on that. But they were dead, at least. I'm still giving this place 5 stars. If the bugs were alive and climbing around, it would have been a different rating. The room is extra clean besides a few dead bugs. Good job to housekeeping ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️?
Walkability: About 0.5 miles away are restaurant and grocery stores. Many to choose from. Felt safe walking there around 7:30pm- 8:45pm Monday night.”

The eating area for breakfast was large and comfortable. Special mention should be given to the lady that was in charge of the breakfast area. “Large, spacious rooms. Nice comfortable office chair for the desk and a recliner. The room also has a mini fridge, which was a necessity to hold our daughter's bottle and food. We were here for an engagement party which was beautifully done. The tiki decorations and parrots were a nice touch. The party was set around the pool (which was closed due to the party at my bf's dismay) decently friendly staff, quick efficient elevators... our stay was quite lovely.”
