honest, hardworking, extremely professional, and efficient. will charge you what is fair.
I had an issue with my wheel and asked for a diaganosis. my vehicle was test driven and put on the lift. I was then personally shown exactly what the issue was with my eyes, a ball joint and strut and how it compared to my other functioning wheel (clear difference). the mechanic explained the issue thoroughly.
I have been going here for almost 10 years now and never once had an issue. 10/10 recommend

They were able to accommodate without an appointment (i called about 45 minutes before they closed and they were able to squeeze me in).
Price was very good and the work was done very quickly. Guy who answered the phone was nice enough to navigate me as I got lost trying to find parking ?

can’t say enough good things about these folks. they’re hard working, down to earth and honest about their diagnosis of issues and quotes are more than fair in this market.
I went to Rorhman Honda in Schaumburg to get two things fixed, engine oil leaking and a broken battery wire. these are the differences in quotes I got from rorhman vs express auto
leaking engine oil
rohrman: $1040
express auto: $180
broken battery wire
rohrman: $336
express auto: $45
time to repair
rohrman: need to leave car overnight
express auto: 3 hours
the differences in prices are insane and speaks volumes to how honest and reliable express auto is. i would highly recommend to anyone that needs to have their vehicles repaired.

I had a great experience there I dropped in to ask if they could replace a headlight! They replaced it with no problem and also added some service for no. charge.
It's sounds like MS. CASTRO is a SCAMMER! Trying to get service for no charge. I applaud Express Auto for fighting back. BRAVO!!
