I brought my phone in to the shop and within 5 minutes they were able to diagnose that it was a digital display issue. I left my phone with the team to repair and within 1.5-2 hours they had my phone back up and running as if there were no issues. Highly recommend the shop and their great team.”
“A Plus does a really nice job. My 10 year old Samsung Plasma TV just stopped working. Gustavo, the owner, personally came to pick it up…. he had it for about a week, waiting for the part. He just dropped it off, got it back on my wall bracket and it’s back to working. If you’re in Mt. Prospect or the surrounding towns I highly recommend them.”

“I called today around 11 to see if they had a screen for my phone. They said they did. I called Samsung to start my claim. Paid my deductable, and dropped off my phone around 12 and was told it would be done around 130pm. I stopped by at 145 and it was done. The screen looks amazing and i didnt know the phone rails on the sides, the top, and bottom would be replaced too. Im very happy with my visit. Thank you so much.”

“I have ONLY POSITIVE things to say about this business. They were assigned to fix a warranty claim on a brand new LG TV. Dimitri was excellent in repairing my TV. As soon as the part came in from LG he was over the next day to install it. He ended up fixing the TV on my bed as that was the best place to safely work on the big screen. The TV worked for a few hours and then was back to same issue. He was back the next day and diagnosed that it was a bad panel instead of a faulty motherboard. LG sent a new panel and once again the day after it arrived he was at my place to swap it out while a blizzard raged outside.”

“We moved to the suburbs not too long ago, still getting acquainted with the local businesses of all sorts. Definitely prefer to help the local small businesses than cooperate. Called with questions earlier in the day, she answered with a professional kind voice and said swing by so they could assest the damage & what was needed. My phone was battled with a hard concrete brick fall... lol. Damages indeed!! Although we bought another phone through our provider.. transferring everything with a broken black screen would have been a cost and a pain!! The gentleman in charge went over what was needed thoroughly & patiently with my original phone. With people waiting too, as it seemed they had great business for a Sunday. In a very clean organized establishment, we took the offer of the reasonable cost and even so.. the fact it would be ready in a few hours, prior to close. Once they text us, we arrived.. still with customers patiently waiting. Which in my eyes means .. they know what they're doing and the locals are grateful. I double checked to make sure all was good.. they made sure before we walked out the door, all our questions were asked & that we were beyond satisfied! My phone was back to life.. no scratches & working as I originally had it, .. With a new phone case & screensaver as compilatory to all customer business! We have 3 teenage boys.. lol, tech help is always needed. As long as we live in this area.. They've made customers and promoters for life. “My brand new (18 days old!) LG dryer suddenly stopped heating, and LG sent L Electronics to fix it under warranty. I was nervous when I saw the many bad online reviews, but I had a very good experience. They sent two people, who arrived when exactly when they said would. They ended up having to disassemble the whole dryer, and discovered a sensor next to the igniter was broken. They had the part with them and replaced it within an hour. I now have a working dryer. LG (the appliance manufacturer) was a nightmare to deal with over the phone, and it's very frustrating to have a new appliance break, but no complaints with L Electronics, the local service company they sent to fix it”
