I’ve been coming to this location since I moved to the neighborhood just because it’s the most convenient to me. The type of service I get is extremely different from what time of day I happen to visit. I’ve been in at 11 and received snappy service and cold and soggy food. This past week I’ve visited a few times in the late afternoon and seen the exact opposite. The two people running the store were extremely friendly and attentive, made sure they got my order right and made me delicious food. One day in particular there was a bit of a wait maybe 5 minutes or so and the young woman was very sorry for the wait and gave me a free extra donut as an apology. During the time I spent in the store I noticed them having a great time working together which reminds me of working at Dunkin with my college roommate a few years ago. It’s so nice. Morning crew needs to learn a lesson from these two. Especially about those hash browns. I hated the cold and soggy hash browns that morning crew gave me. But the nice hot and crispy ones that the young lady gave me were perfect. I will no longer accept hash browns or food from any other employee besides her. The tall man in the morning with dark hair is the most unpleasant to be around. Obviously hates his job. Needs to be fired as he is extremely rude and never smiles. The woman that’s usually with him seems way too defensive all the time. Can’t even acknowledge there was an issue with my order without her giving attitude immediately. I will only be coming in the afternoons from now onVegetarian options: Egg and cheese croissant, hash browns, stuffed mini bagels

Great service! Mariah and a young man helped me today and they had such good energy and were genuinely such a pleasure to be around. So much better than every other employee I’ve seen here. They were so quick and efficient with my order. I was almost ready to stop coming here due to other employees being unpleasant but those two changed my mind. Hope to see them again! I hope management sees how incredibly hard they work and appreciates that they are the reason I will be bringing in more family and friends to their buisness

Staff is slow and rude. My order is seldom correct. Attempted to place an order today and waited for someone to take my order, sadly after 5 min of sitting no one greeted me or took my order. I drove off.

hate to leave bad reviews but it’s a genuine accomplishment how terrible this dunkin is? been coming here (as a last resort) for yearssss and i usually order the same drink, but it literally never tastes the same. the only thing that’s consistent is how bad it tastes:( the food is usually quite stale and sloppy, obvi i’m not expecting much but like cmon. i will say they always have my mobile ready when i get there and the lines move super quick in my experience. workers are usually not in a great mood but it’s food service and i do nawt blame them. for a long time a couple years ago there was a nice lady who made my coffee perfectly each time, i don’t think she’s here anymore but i miss u girl and thank u for your service

I arrived to pick up my order as it was ready but it wasn't. Lady there didn't have it ready until after I arrived. If it's a mobile order, please have it ready before we come in. I get tired of this often when I stop by here. I'm done. Update: i went by again today, they didn't have it ready until after arriving. Wow. Service I guess is now pretty low and unsatisfactory. Won't bother stopping by again, thanks for the memories.

ordered two coffees, both of which were made incorrectly, on top of missing a donut from my order and using the wrong protein for my bagel, would not recommend this mess of a Dunkin.

The worst Dunkin I have ever been to You go to place an order and they ignore you for 5 minutes.They do not even say we are busy thanks for your patience.They advertise a 3dollar sausage egg and cheese sandwich but when the girl rang it up it rung up 5.19.I told her that's not the right price 3 times but she still rang it up wrong.The manager did come over to fix it at last after waiting another 5 Minutes.I got the order and the sandwich was burned. Coffee was thrown at me like I was a bad person for wanting to be charged the advertised price lol.Dunkin you can do better!

I received very poor customer service here on multiple occasions. First off, they are out of stock on items almost every day. So good luck if you're craving a breakfast sandwich or a wrap...I was reluctant to give them another try but I did, and I regret it.I ordered a chorizo and egg wrap and it was stone cold. No really, I mean FROZEN cold. I turned back and requested a refund. The guy at the register was COLD and RUDE. He didn't even acknowledge me, nor did he apologize for the mistake. I asked for a refund, and he refused. He threatened to call the police if I did not exit the drive thru.What kind of maniac calls the cops on their customers let alone sell FROZEN food. This place is a mess. There were several customers waiting outside trying to get in. These guys were literally sitting in the parking lot... they told me that the employees LOST the key to the store... You have to be joking. Never coming back.

Worst service ever. Walked inside at 1 pm in the afternoon with 0 people. Waited 15 mins to watch one person take out the garbage and the other take an order for an ice coffee from the drive thru which arrived after we walked in. 0 acknowledgement. Not a single "I'll be with you in a min".

It's a DnD. Same quality you expect, the staff was pleasant BUT the design of the drive-thru SUCKED! The owner really needs rebuild the drive-thru.

Just wanted to buy some ice cream for my child, nothing special; All of the workers were eating ice cream from the buckets, which was obviously off-putting.But I promised my child ice cream, so I asked for the vanilla, which hadn't been touched. The worker was the rudest I have ever seen behind a register. She glared angrily at us, didn't say a word, just got the ice cream and put it on the counter and immediately turned away.
