Pharmacy staff is very rude and unfriendly. I didn't even go there for a prescription.I needed to drop off a UPS package and I saw no one at front but I saw the Drop Off sign at the pharmacy. Granted this is for prescription but I thought it wouldn't hurt to ask. They were busy with drive thru so I stood near the drop off counter to wait. I was in no rush so I didn't say anything. After some time one of the pharmacists was done with drive thru and walked around. She made eye contact with me but didn't acknowledge I was there. After a long time I decided to ask if I drop the package here. She gave me a look and said "UPS??? No this is no UPS there's isn't one here. Go to the front or something". Girl, I saw no one at the front and I was just asking not demanding. When I was walking away I heard another pharmacist girl say "Yeah this is the pharmacy not UPS just so you know"... I know that, I was just asking.I went back to the front and I saw a young man stocking and he immediately asked me if I needed help. He didn't know how to process the UPS package but called his supervisor (I think). He taught him how to do it and he was very friendly too. It was a huge contrast in comparison to the pharmacists. I really thank the CVS clerks for the help.Truly a shame those girls/women were condescending and unwilling to even talk to anybody except when it came to snarky comments. I would be worried about my medication being handled by people like this but thankfully I go to a different pharmacy for my meds.

New pharmacy staff is terrible. Fought for months for my Rx. Constantly told no stock. No Rx in system. Shorted me packs. Charged insurance. Told doctors office that I picked up mine and my daughters medicine. When we didn't. They practice fraud and no one seems to care. The headaches me and the doctors office have to do to override, go to a new pharmacy, and have it covered is ridiculous. Don't go here until they wake up and change staff. They won't keep anything in stock anymore and tell me to call the manufacturer myself. They pocket your insurance money and don't give you the actual prescription. Called corporate who didn't care. Walgreens is far superior to CVS.

With what little they seem to be given, staff makes the best with what they’re given. I rarely see more than 2 employees working the front which is a shame because that’s not enough to run a store, especially CVS. The manager is really kind and the staff is more than willing to drop what they’re doing to try and help as much as possible. It’s a shame they’re so short staffed.

I recently had a terrible experience with the clinic at Walgreens near my house. I decided to switch it up and try out the minute clinic at CVS. Even though it's about a 15 minute drive away from my house, the service was absolutely worth the trip and I will be coming back. I had scheduled an appointment, when I showed up, no one was in the waiting room. Pretty much as soon as I checked in on the kiosk, I was called in to get taken care of. I dealt with two ladies. One was the nurse practitioner, and I am not sure the title of the first lady. Both were extremely professional, kind and friendly. Their demeanor made me feel at ease. I spent most of the time with the nurse practitioner, who was extremely thorough with telling me exactly what she was going to do, and all the necessary protocol. I had a really great experience here and will continue to come here as needed.

This review is specifically for one cvs employee, Mohammed. Every time I come to CVS instead of having a nightmare, he makes everything so easy. Whether it's giving me a better discount for my Good RX card and not making me wait to catching me on my way out cause I received some good coupons or when I bought something two for one and he didn't make me go get the product and bring it to him, he just said "grab it on your way out." This makes going to CVS a pleasure when on occasion is has not been!

I don't know where to begin, but if my insurance could take walgreens, I would switch immediately. I went on a 4 day vacation and forgot my medications and trying for a CVS to give me a 4 day supply has been impossible. 30 minute waits to get a call answered from a pharmacy in IL and no answer on CVS after a 30 minute wait in Kansas City, MO. Never had this happened at walgreens where I help my parents with their prescriptions.

Friendly staff, however CVS corporate has so understaffed the store that wait times are astronomical also they are out of stock on multiple medications that one has to go to Walgreens.

Lunch break is the most important thing for this branch.. and yes it can start 3 mins before timei was in urgent need of antibiotics for my 4 yr old... i live in bloomingdale and my nearby cvs branch didnt have the prescription and after calling few pharmacy locations these guys had it.. i drove all the way from bloomingdale to rolling meadows to pick the med.. it was a snowy/rainy/windy/slippery afternoon.. i managed to reach this location with family and my sick daughter as i wanted to give her the meds asap..When i reached the drive through by 12:27pm, the guy shut the counter saying its closed for lunch.. he said in a rough tone were u not aware of it..? i said yes sir i was aware but due to the weather i am here by 12:27.. its still intime.. and he was like yeah... but we are closed... you can wait or come later...i had to report to work in an hr.. since the medicine was really urgent i waited in the parking lot till 1...it also costed me a day off at my work :(

The red haired lady at the pharmacy asked if she could help me... and then didn't help at all. scheduled a covid test on the cvs website, she asked for my confirmation number. she then told me I had to go through the drive through window, which is fine except I ubered there and don't have a car. Directions for doing so are not clearly stated (sure you'll get a text message saying to watch a video but only when you're a couple minutes from your appointment). I then asked if I could just walk through the drive through to get the test and she acted like it was the most stupid question in the world. customer service is act helping the people you serve, instead she offered no solutions and seemed happy to get me out of her hair. Do I get why it's hard to just be a decent f****** human or do a job you're supposedly qualified for? No
