I recently had a terrible experience with the clinic at Walgreens near my house. I decided to switch it up and try out the minute clinic at CVS. Even though it's about a 15 minute drive away from my house, the service was absolutely worth the trip and I will be coming back. I had scheduled an appointment, when I showed up, no one was in the waiting room. Pretty much as soon as I checked in on the kiosk, I was called in to get taken care of. I dealt with two ladies. One was the nurse practitioner, and I am not sure the title of the first lady. Both were extremely professional, kind and friendly. Their demeanor made me feel at ease. I spent most of the time with the nurse practitioner, who was extremely thorough with telling me exactly what she was going to do, and all the necessary protocol. I had a really great experience here and will continue to come here as needed.

This review is specifically for one cvs employee, Mohammed. Every time I come to CVS instead of having a nightmare, he makes everything so easy. Whether it's giving me a better discount for my Good RX card and not making me wait to catching me on my way out cause I received some good coupons or when I bought something two for one and he didn't make me go get the product and bring it to him, he just said "grab it on your way out." This makes going to CVS a pleasure when on occasion is has not been!

The red haired lady at the pharmacy asked if she could help me... and then didn't help at all. scheduled a covid test on the cvs website, she asked for my confirmation number. she then told me I had to go through the drive through window, which is fine except I ubered there and don't have a car. Directions for doing so are not clearly stated (sure you'll get a text message saying to watch a video but only when you're a couple minutes from your appointment). I then asked if I could just walk through the drive through to get the test and she acted like it was the most stupid question in the world. customer service is act helping the people you serve, instead she offered no solutions and seemed happy to get me out of her hair. Do I get why it's hard to just be a decent f****** human or do a job you're supposedly qualified for? No

I took my elderly father to the Medic Clinic there due to he wasn't feeling well. I called his insurance company they sent me there. We walked in the employees in that part of cvs were laughing with each other, doors were open and we walked in. I was asked if we had an appointment I said no the insurance company said we didn't need one. Suffice to say I was told very coldly I could step and see if there were any open appointments. Mind you there were no other patients in the clinic at that time. While I'm trying to see if there's an appointment they shut all the office doors snd disappeared behind them. No one tried to help us suffice no appts were available for that day. I then loaded my dad in the car and drove to Glenbrook Hospital and spent the next 5 hours getting him taken care as his doctor is off until the end of January. Suffice to say I will never go here again they lost revenue because it would of taken at most 1/2 hour and no one was in there. They all need customer service classes and I realize we didn't have an appt. However we were directed by the insurance company we didn't NEED one. Rudeness and unprofessional behavior is all I can say.

Dropped in to get some snacks while on a business trip. Never disappoints...great snacks, drinks, and very convenient. Since it was late at night after a late flight.

I visited this CVS a few weeks ago. During the self check out ( my first time using) the machine wasn't scanning an item so I put it aside and scanned others to save that for last. The machine made a noise- meaning not scanned and as I went back to rescan, count items to make sure I included everything. A female lady/employee approached me and in a not so kind voice asked me what happened. She took my bag, questioned me as to what was in my bag and I realized she thought I was stealing. I seriously went into panic mode to prove I just didn't know how to self check out. She watched me from that moment on like a hawk- I turned around as I was leaving , she watched me walk out THINKING the alarm was going to go off. 25 years I've been coming here. That alone will make me hesitant to ever use self check out again. Whoever this woman is should NOT treat customers like this- I walked out feeling terrible that she thought I was stealing. Of course I still go in, but I keep my distance from this rude rude lady and do not acknowledge her presence.

Parag was so helpful today in helping to rush process a prescription that was urgently needed before they closed for my father in-law. Love this CVS pharmacy location!

If I could give this pharmacy a negative star I would. This has to be one of the WORST pharmacy locations within the CVS chain. It is rare a prescription is ready on time. I am talking days, not just a few hours of delays. Last week a prescription was called in by my dr. Over 24 hours later it was still "in process". After calling multiple times and waiting for over 30 minutes on hold I finally got through to someone. This past Friday, (today is Thursday, so almost a week) another script was called in. The script is still in progress. I have called everyday since Mon and waited in excess of 30 mins and never has anyone answered. Fortunately I have not run out of the medication at this point but I will have to go the store to get this resolved because clearly the staff is incompetent or they just don't care. If they are understaffed I would understand, however, when I have been in the store there have been a minimum of three working. They are busy but they cannot manage their time and they are not so busy that they cannot provide customer service. Other CVS locations are just as busy that I have used in the past and the run like a well oiled machine. If my insurance did not require CVS to be used and if there was another location that was nearby, I would change locations. I despise this location.

Never have I ever been greeted by such an unfriendly pharmacy person. Just because they need to transfer a script from Walgreens, I was really putting him out. He said "when we get around to it, we will call over there." And then, "when they get around to it they will do the transfer." Wow, we'll see how long, how many hours, days, weeks, it takes to get this filled. He actually had to key in information about me too, which took a whole two minutes, apparently more time than he wanted to spend with a new customer.

This is for the minute clinic/covid testing. I am sick and tired and I just wanted to get tested and maybe some relief so I went to the minute clinic, my primary care doesn't take walk ins. They didn't do anything except take my vitals and history and charge me $20. I couldn't even get a covid test there so I made an appointment for two hours later. They said DRIVE THRU TESTING, this is NOT. The instructions said to follow the signs, there was one sign with no arrow or anything. I pulled up to the pharmacy window and they aggressively told me to go park on one of the testing spots, I hadn't seen them before because all the signs are seriously faded and mostly knocked over. They send a video that isn't helpful whatsoever. I have called four different numbers and keep getting directed to someone who tells me how to cancel my appointment. They do not give any way of telling them you have arrived or checking in, apparently the person giving the test is supposed to call you when they're ready and you're expected to sit and your car and wait and hope they know you're here. There is no indication when making the appointment that it is not drive thru or any indication of what to do when you arrive. Drive thru to me implies not parking, but I guess I'm wrong. There are ppl here waiting longer than me and I haven't seen any of them be helped. I'm about to find somewhere else because I feel like garbage and am so sick of their stuff today. It isn't good bedside manner, and just a poorly run situation. A wait is one thing but all of this is one thing after another, also to not even be acknowledged after thirty minutes of waiting is messed up. UPDATE: I waited 45 minutes and called again and they informed me the "equipment was down" so they cancelled all tests. I got NO email, NO text, NO call even tho they KNEW I was sitting out there the whole time. I'm pissed. What equipment? They couldn't take my sample anyway? Why couldn't they say something? Will never return to this cvs especially for covid-related things and am sharing that with all my friends

I recently had a prescription sent to this CVS pharmacy and after two weeks of back and forth between myself and the pharmacy with no luck getting the medication, I finally went to the pharmacy in person to inquire as to what the problem was. I was told the medicine was out of stock and they were not sure when they would get it. While I found this unacceptable service (why not call the supplier for an update), it was even more unacceptable that they didn't bother to call me, email me, or any correspondence whatsoever to let me know I would have to get the medicine elsewhere. In the past, when dealing with this pharmacy, I had similar circumstances over the same medication. This is not what I call adequate customer service or even customer correspondence. Will not shop here again for medications.

It became pretty clear they'd rather watch me die of an asthma attack then help me find out why my inhaler wasn't ready for pickup. I will never give this place my business again

Whoever was working registers tonight was the rudest person I have ever encountered. She practically yelled at my friend and I for not knowing if the self check or accepted coins or not, not to mention she was on her phone the entire time since we walked in the store.
