Absolute worst customer support of any company. Bought a phone paid in full from Boost. Tried to transfer carriers and they disconnected my service without unlocking the phone leaving it rendered useless. Phone support said go to store. Store said call phone support. Stay away from this company.

Well to begin, these guys and the company itself sell rebuilt phones that aren’t certified to function properly. Second, these people don’t give further notice about the phone being rebuilt. Third, these people act as if it were okay to sell things that aren’t 100% certified. The clerk himself said to me “This phone is rebuilt” after I came in to report a serious malfunction with a device.

I came here the other day to find a phone for my father because it was time for an upgrade and better service. Owner was super friendly and helpful. Got us an awesome phone and a great rate plan. Didn't feel that she was pushing anything extra like in other stores. Highly recommend this place. Plus it's that folks are bilingual which came in handy when having to explain things to my father on how to use the phone.
