No one answers the phone, has been full week of different employees telling me only the employee who initiated the loan can help me close it and one who initiated saying the opposite, and now before they close friday night they tell me I already need motorcycle insurance to close it. So, looks like dealership will be holding the bike another couple of days. Honestly feel like just going with dealership financing now, who cares about an extra percent on 4500 lol

The tellers at this bank are nice and helpful.Unfortunately, the people in the offices there are not a bit helpful and even rude to us when we needed to open a new account. The officer we worked with doesn't answer and doesn't return calls when we try to get updates. Their main phone number doesn't get answered and the voicemail box for it is full.How can they ever be successful in business when they don't seem to care a bit about customer satisfaction?

What a huge bank, I have not seen such a large bank in a while, I appreciated all the drive up lanes they have available. The customer service was nice and the transaction was done in a very timely manner. If I was in the area and needed to access my bank, I would go here first.

I would not suggest banking with BMO in general, but this location takes the cake. They are literally the worst bank ever.

As soon as I can get an appointment I will be cancelling all services. Closed by 4 almost everyday now where most banks are open to the public but using social distancing. Been with them for many years and they have gotten less consumer friendly. Limited electronic ability as in I want to cancel an auto payment. I can't push a button I have to go to the drive through between 930 am and 4 pm when most people work those hours and request a form to sign. I'm not cancelling accounts adding anyone or even withdrawing. Such a pain. If anyone sees this on behalf of BMO please feel free to contact me. But most services will be discontinued.

I've called 8 times and their automated directory sends me in circles and then hangs up. I wouldn't trust my money with any business that operates like this.
