They'll have parts in a pinch when I need it but don't expect anyone to know what they're talking about on a technical level. Autozone, the auto parts stores that's basically been keeping Napa in business. We salute you.

The part we bought was damaged and needed to be replaced. They didn't have another but checked at the nearest store found one had it put on hold for us. We drove to the next store and our mechanic had our car ready in one hour. Great job by the salesman Ulysses

Grabbed a bunch or random items here. This is usually the closest auto parts place to me so have been here many times. Staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. Obviously your going to pay a slight premium versus ordering something online, say off Amazon...however that is the premium you pay to be able to go out and get the item now. Also, I do believe they have a bit more quality control on their parts than random Amazon sellers.

We were in need of a replacement battery and a closer location did not have a cheaper one there so we went to this location. Normally we would purchase the best battery available but plan on trading the car in very soon. Antoinette ( not sure of spelling) went above and beyond to assist us in switching out our old and installing our new one. She was polite, professional and wasted no time. In this era of non existent customer service , it is nice to actually experience it again. Thank you very much Antoinette.
