The Rockord location has the worst service.they will not honor returns on refrigerated items, even if they are sold expired. Management staff is very rude..You could never find anybody to ask question regarding a product. We had a situation just a few weeks ago we were going through it self check out there was product left a the register area From a Prior customer. We asked the girl at the desk if they could call somebody to come remove it. She just looked at me and says what do you want me to do about it?Retail customer service over the years has gone to shit. Then your wonder why all these companies are going out of business?

The first time I was in a Woodman's I was mind-blown at how massive they are ! To those outside of the midwest I wonder what your grocery store equivalent is ? I've never been in a Wegman's but I imagine it is something on that scale. Costco is large too but in a different way.Not sure what to add about this Woodman's but I am always in awwww of how much there is here ! Hope the pic tour encourages you to find and share your surprises in here too !

I fell in love with this store the minute I walked in. They have wheelchair carts of massive quantities compared to other grocery stores. They have all brands not their brands being shoved into your face like another store I won't mention. The self check out has a large capacity area which let's you know if a product didn't read on belt. Employees are helpful and store is clean and the shelves are always stocked. The prices ring up correctly, I've had issues with another store incorrectly ringing up prices that weren't correct. They still have cashiers and so much more, it's sometimes overwhelming looking at all the products and feeling like it's Christmas to a child. I love everything about it. Thank you Woodmans for being a friend to the shoppers in my city.

Woodman's liquor store is awesome! They are the only store that has the Revel Stoke Whiskey I love and they have also had every odd item I've ever looked for. Whether you're stocking up for a gathering or preparing for a quiet evening at home, Woodman's will have whatever you're looking for.

Best grocery store I have ever personally shopped at. They will continue to always have my famalies business. I share my opinion with all my friends when conversation comes up about where to shop. If you personally have never shopped at Rockford Woodman's then I highly suggest you give them an opportunity to earn your business. Everything you ever need when it comes to groceries, beer and liqour is all under one roof. The entire store is always very clean, organized, product displays are presented nicely, products in isles are always stocked, lables are always faced, staff/employees are always friendly, everyone seems to be happy smiling, positive attitudes, they take the time to greet you, they take the time to personal thank you for your business, their employees are all knowledgeable, they offer fair prices and on and on. They offer pick up for your groceries if needed or wanted.I just wanted to post this today after another great visot like always because I feel like credit should be giving to the management of each department and even those overseeing those managers that they have hand selected to put into these roles setting up the store for success. Great overall job! Future looks very bright and prosperous for this store. To run a operation of this caliber and be successful day in and day out I can only imagine the stress. The store is always extremely busy. But always flow like a well oiled machine from an outsiders prospective. This impressive store that has earned my respect and business. Cheers to all the Rockford Woodmans employees you should be proud of your store and team.
