Discrimination is real here. I asked for their handicap fitting room and was told I’ll be taken back to one of the regular fitting rooms. I then proceeded to ask the manager (Hannah) again to put me into the handicap fitting room as I do have a disability and she gave me the nastiest look as if there was nothing wrong with me and insisted I use a regular fitting room. I then demanded the handicap stall and Hannah then decided she didn’t want to help me anymore and she asked one of the other employees to continue to assist me. Upon checking out the cashier (Aptos) that helped me gave me the dirtiest look when completing my transaction and handing me my bag. I won’t be shopping here again. Just because a person looks perfectly fine doesn’t mean there’s nothing wrong with them. Discrimination at its finest and it’s disgusting. I guess your disability has to show in order for it to be taken into consideration. Corporate has already been contacted as well.

Hands down the most trendy upscale clothes in the greater Rockford area. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Store is neat clean and well organized. They have some of the most prettiest and affordable special occasions dresses for prom and homecoming. Their everyday look is on point and their evening wear for clubs and birthday outfits are exceptional. I love Windsor Fashion!

Staff is super friendly and helpful, they even wrap up your long dresses for you in a clothing bag ! I don’t know what’s with the bad reviews but this store has a different selection others don’t, and is less picked through

The worst Windsor I’ve ever been to. The staff is extremely rude. The manager Liz refused to let me return something I purchased last week, she tried to tell me there were signs of wear when I never even got to try it on because there was a long line at the dressing room and nobody was being helped. I realized when I got home that the same bodysuit I had in burgundy was a small and I grabbed a medium in black so I tried to take it back since I couldn’t wear it for the occasion I purchased it for. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on, which is disappointing but they are an overpriced store anyways. You can get the same stuff at Tiger lily for a fraction of the cost.

Went in there looking for a dress for a wedding and I couldn't decide so Liz and Cora helped me decide and they were both so nice! The store was clean and organized. The customer service Was exceptional. I don't typically do reviews but this service I had was the way it should be . Highly recommend and will be going back.

Not a lot in stock, random sizes and a lot of the formal dresses are in terrible condition! Fabric was pulled, pilled, loose threads.. I have 10 year old dresses in better condition. Staff not friendly, manager seemed super irritated to help with my return. Please don’t waste your time.
