They rolled back their DEI. Spend your money to show what you support.
Stop spending your money at places that back the wrong things. I will never spend another dime at Walmart. Starve the big corporations and their greed!

Today, March 11th, at approximately 8:00 PM ., I entered the market area with my cart to start shopping. I was walking when I stepped on something that was on the floor (a grape or some fruit that was crushed and had juice spilled on the floor). My foot slipped and I hurt my ankle. I felt a jerk in my knee. I didn’t fall on my back because fortunately I was holding onto the cart. There was an employee there near the vegetables who didn’t even bother to ask if I was okay or clean that dirty and dangerous area. I got very upset and asked him what was that on the floor? I tried to continue walking, hurting my foot. I couldn’t do all my shopping, just the basics. Approximately 15 minutes later, when I was going to pay at the self-checkout, I realized that they hadn’t even CLEANED!!! absurdly I was still there and I approached the person at the exit to tell him about my incident and how I could not believe the laziness and lack of response of that particular employee. The person at the exit kindly asked me if I wanted to go to the counter while he began to clean the floor, and I told him that I needed to return home with my son quickly that I was sore but my biggest annoyance is that they did nothing and the procedure could have been more SERIOUS for an elderly person, it is a disappointment that they have such inept and poorly trained staff!!!

I stood in the automotive department for 15 MINUTES with having pressed the help button 4 TIMES. 2 associates seen me standing there and bolted in the other direction. Taking my business to an actual store that cares.

This location has six or seven broken mobility scooters. I only saw one working scooter while I was there. I asked the manager the timeline for getting them fixed or replaced. She said there isn’t one. If you’re disabled, don’t come here.

The employees are NOT friendly. I usually try to go to the self-checkout but most of them are never open now. So, I went to a check out with a person and the lady never greeted me, she never talked to me, he barely even looked at me. AND...upon entering and exiting the store, I do not appreciate the people looking for donations yelling 'Hey ma'am' to get my attention as I was walking out and when I said I didn't have time to stop I got the dirtiest of looks.

Walmart has a tried true business model. Out of the dozens I’ve been to I’ve never had anything other than minor issues. This Walmart, however, sought to change that. I booked my usual oil change with this Walmart via the app, and arrived 15 minutes early. After waiting 10 minutes for someone to check me in, I was told it would take 45 minutes to complete. I sat in the waiting room with zero communication from the staff for 2.5 hours. I would also like to point out they weren’t busy. Staff was nice though.

Good Walmart superstore in Rockford area, has a good selection of groceries and electronics and everything else that you expect from Walmart. Store is clean and has several registers for check out. Also conveniently located near a Sam’s Club.

Why is the greasiest grocery item not put in a plastic grocery bag for online pickup? How much intelligence does it take to understand you can't rely on the ziplock type of bag a broasted chicken is sold in? Last week I spent 2 hours cleaning up grease from my car's backseat because your curbside delivery kid literally threw it in the back seat of my car. I contacted corporate customer service & was promptly given a nice refund.
Guess what happened again tonight???
It's time for Walmart to start having their managers be accountable for the constant mistakes of their employees.
And PLEASE stop calling me a part of the Wal-Mart family! Unlike the Wal-Mart family, my family actually cares about our members! If you cared the constant mistakes wouldn't happen over & over & over..........

I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding the treatment I have experienced at your Rockford, Illinois location. Each time I visit, I feel as though I am being closely watched by your Bronson security employees. Their behavior has been consistent and unsettling, making both my son and me feel extremely uncomfortable. Employees have repeatedly appeared in aisles near me, greeting me in a manner that feels intentional and excessive. This pattern of behavior is highly concerning, and it has reached a point where it is affecting our shopping experience.
I want to be clear—I am not a thief. I have personally purchased toys valued at approximately **$10,000** for my son, all acquired through my own hard work. I take pride in providing for my family and will not tolerate being treated with suspicion. Especially when it's obvious.I may not appear to be the wealthiest customer, but I have no reason to steal, and I find this treatment both offensive and unacceptable.
If this behavior continues, I will have no choice but to document my experiences and consider taking further action. I have already addressed my concerns with employees and requested that they stop being so obvious in their actions, yet the situation persists. I am a respectful customer and expect to be treated with the same respect in return.
Please address this issue promptly, as it is discouraging me from returning to your store.

Every since they switched over to more self checkout the lines have been terrible. They'll have tons of the self check out areas closed off while lines are long. Every time I go in here it seems the quality of this place goes down certainty not the go to place in the area only convenience is their open 24 hours. Pricing here has got out of control as well.

Getting really mad at Walmart changes .. first it was total waste of money / bad investment for so many self check outs that aren't being used. Then you start locking up deodorant? I had to wait 5 min to have it be unlocked, then employee humpfs and hmms while I try to find the one that's not "gel". Then I have to wait at makeup area to be unlocked for a $4.00 eye shadow and MUST PAY FOR THERE, while a man walks out of makeup area with Olay Regenerist, worth about $40. Then I go to electronics buying 5 pair ear buds that are $1.00 each... have to wait for cabinet to be unlocked and they won't let me have until I pay!! Walmart is big box store where I was supposed to shop and pay once, getting all what I need! If I have to wait for simple inexpensive things to be unlocked then pay separately at 2-4 areas of store, why would I shop there anymore multiple products??

Never again am I coming to this store. After this Horrible experience I will definitely need to cleanse. So much negative energy from workers, it was insane. I definitely don’t need to be followed around the store and watched. They should do their jobs instead of gossiping with one another and a Hello wouldn’t hurt. Wow, this place really drained my energy.
