Worst pick up order / curbside order experience ever from any Walmart. Literally fire the people who are currently working in that department and hire people who are actually wiling to do their job and need the money. Cause it seems like the people working there right now don’t.

The people working at this store are next level lazy. 4 whole hours before store closes and yet there's only ONE available entrance in the store. That's so insanely unsafe. What if an emergency happens? A store this ginormous shouldn't have only one working exit to evacuate hundreds of customers

Just go to the Northridge location if you can, this store constantly replaces items for pickup orders that they DO have in stock, have a consistent issue with KEEPING things stocked, and if you go inside theres never enough lanes open.

This is by far the worst Walmart in Rockford,il !! They’re rude in every department they don’t ask if you need help they’ll walk right past you. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come to this one , they’ll never get any of my money again!!!!!!

Literally the most pathetic employees.
Learn how to talk to customers.
Shouldn't have to wait 25 min for personal hygiene and watch the cashier text while making us wait. Whoever runs this store or hires needs to be fired. Gotta be better candidates then that.

It was 9:50 I needed a video game and was told by some kid walking away from the electronics that they're probably gone even though you're still open for another hour plus. Walked up front to get somebody back there only to never see anybody..

What is the point of having a human resource directory and a customer service desk phone number when no one answers the phone when someone calls every single morning every day and the phone is never answered but second shift answers the phone I don't understand. And they tell me they can't answer for 1st shift not doing their jobs.

They lady at registar took my money told me my card was decided so I put all the stuff back come to find out payment went thru I ve been trying to called them they pick up and than hang up I will get the cops involved.

This is the most ghetto walmart in Rockford. This Walmart gives me a headache. Just get what you came for and leave it's not worth the frustration or aggravation.
