Presumed because insurance does not cover I would not want the medication so did not order it. Had to wait another 48 hours fir the needed medicine. Happened more than once.

Zero stars. Be wary of this location because their photo customer service is the worst. Their staff lost my paid item that was delivered to their location and refused to refund me. What a joke.

This Pharmacy is always making mistakes!! I get calls that it's time to order my medicine (I do that) when I get there to pick it up (now mind you they give me a time to pick it up and also inform me that I will no longer have a refill available after this order, tell me the location to pick up at S. Perryville) when I arrive they have no order for me!! This has happened now several times!!

Staff unfamiliar with digital wallets and wireless pay. Refused payment. Drove the 5 miles up the road to another Walgreens and payment worked just fine. Slight inconvenience, but no harm done. Associates could be a little friendlier.

Waited 2hrs for a flu test then had to call for my results which they emailed me finally after I called. The next day it was only to take an hour for results. Understaffed. Bad.

The weather doesn’t necessarily permit driving around town looking for Baby Formula, so instead Ive attempted to call the store in hopes staff could assure the Formula I need is in stock before making the drive. I have been hung up on twice and so I attempted to call the pharmacy in hopes they would help and no answer at all! Horrible customer service.

Pharmacist and the staff working there are incompetent. Called to have my script filled and wanted to pay out of pocket. Was told the cost and I agreed. Five hours later script not filled, called again and the lady asks am I aware of the cost. Like seriously, I spoke to someone “qualified” for this job about this in the morning. Then I got to pick up and needed another medication, it wasn’t script but it’s high dose and behind pharmacist counter. They said that it’s in the store, not behind counter. So needless to say I get home with one medication and find out that it is in fact behind pharmacist counter. Great team working there. I have nothing better to do but drive around sick and get others sick while doing it.

I have been waiting 1 month for a prescription after I was stupid enough to have my prescription transferred to Walgreens thinking a big national chain could provide good service. Wrong ! They have no respect for someone’s time or inconvenience. . Walgreens called me on Wednesday and said I could pick up my prescription Sunday. Sunday comes and some part time pharmacist says it’s not there and it’s not really her issue. So on a long hol weekend I just do without. I asked to talk to a manager. No luck

Ordered bookmarks online and the employees had no idea how to print them. I waited 20 mins and the employees l said that they are given no training and that their products change so much that they are not able to be trained. Sounds like this store has bad leadership. The customer service was not great either. It felt like I was bothering them. They proceeded to complain how this evening was terrible. I get it we have bad days but you should be professional.

Come here for my Prescriptions once a month they have attitude each month; today they said come back in 30 minutes even though I called in they said be ready came back ; the girl said please come back in 15 minutes they will get it ready it's a very expensive drug I said I was here 45 minutes ago & was told come back she said who said that ; I said the girl at the counter while she said that she did not put the order in to be filled ; this place needs a lot of new training!!
