A very bad experience with the pharmacy customer service, long waiting time, and wrong information provided twice. Afterward, they told me to call another pharmacy and transfer my prescription, but when I called them at the other location, they said the pharmacy had to transfer the medicine, not me. I don't know what else to say. I do not recommend this pharmacy.

Had to call in several times to try to fill a prescription. The woman who answered the phone gave me incorrect information TWICE (all the while interrupting me and assuming she knew what question I was asking but being straight up wrong in her guesses), then made me come in in person only for the pharmacist to tell me to my face that the computers were down so she couldn't do anything... While actively typing on her computer and ignoring me. She refused to order my meds because she couldn't figure out the manufacturer's coupon. But yet somehow she was able to delete the meds from my account when that was NOT what I was asking for?Worst pharmacy experience ever.

Asked cashier if I could use coupon for the items I was getting her answer I dont know cool she use coupon I said did it work she said I dont know so then I proceed to tell her use my money I have toward my purchase she tells me you can't use a coupon with a coupon with bad body language Kool but you just said you didn't know if the coupon work so as I asked her name she walks off mumbling her name I said what's your name she told me bad customer service anyways called the nice manager on duty and got a understanding FYI keep your attitudes on the outside of the job all I did was ask questions next employee

Absolutely terrible and scary when you need a medication and they don’t have it available and don’t know when it will be available. Don’t use this place!!

Not sure what was up , abt 5 wanted to make purchase waiting for abt 2 mins , and saw employees talking , and asked for assistance , one gal said she be with me shortly , and continued with there conversation for at least another 40 seconds, I left maybe it's time for self check out

Walked up to ask a quick question at the pharmacy department regarding some baby formula, some female there was flat out rude and annoyed of me asking a question. If you hate your job just quit.

Terrible store. They insisted on scanning my license and wouldn't accept presenting it like EVERY OTHER Walgreens. These people harassed me and refused service because they are clearly unaware of what the policy says. Find a different Walgreens.Worst store in Rockford.

Worst Walgreens in RockfordNot sure what the education level is of these people but they are rude and claim to know corporate policy and they were wrong when I got corporate on the phone. Ghetto feel. Do better Walgreens.

This pharmacy drives me nuts! One clueless person working the pharmacy. Pharmacist doesn't care if customers wait forever. I have to move to another drug store it's the same every single time!!

It's very condescending how the girl on 05/19/2023 @ 6:48 pm Located at the corner of Phelps and east state seems to think she is above people and that people who look like her should be served first! she should be fired for arrogant acts!

My last two visits to this pharmacy, to pick up a prescription that's filled bi monthly, I arrived to find a sign in the window that the pharmacy was closed. The 2nd time this happened (2 or 3 days ago) I went into the store to ask why it was closed....I was told the pharmacist called in sick and they can't open without a pharmacist on hand. When I inquired about why they don't have a back up pharmacist or send out a text notifications about the pharmacy being closed the worker shrugged and said that's different management and she didn't know. This review is directed at the pharmacy not the store workers. They send me text reminders to pick up prescriptions at THIS store. It's ridiculous that I get there and it's closed during normal business hours. Why can't they send out the same text notifications to inform customers the store is closed instead of having me drive 20 minutes out of my way to find the stupid "sorry we're closed sign". I can only assume this happens a lot since I've only been there 3 times in the last 6 months and this has happened to me 2 of those 3 visits....

So my fiancé needed to get a Covid test for work today but the way they talk to down to her was very unacceptable. Since she doesn’t have insurance due to a change of work she was willing to pay in pocket. But the way they looked at her, the condescending tone and keep asking are you sure you are able to afford it was very disrespectful. Talking to us like we are dirt poor or something. I don’t know if they are having a bad day or something but they need better customer service.
