Went to drop off a fedex package. Customer service was very helpful and friendly. Didn't have any issue dropping of package, it was very quick.
Store looked alittle messy, Walked in at around noon, don't know how it get this messy in such a short time from opening. Other then that it's a good location to shop.

I’ve been on hold with the pharmacy for 25 minutes and counting, I don’t even receive updates on my prescriptions via email or text when I subscribed for both, and they can’t seem to run your insurance for medications correctly since I seem to always have to pay out of pocket when I clearly have insurance. I had to ASK for a discount when I was told my medication would be $450, after this discount it was $23. What a complete scam!! Please don’t use this Walgreens pharmacy at all!

This has to be the worst Walgreens in town. Been waiting 4 days for a prescription. So I give them a call to ask about it and they are saying it should be ready in 2hrs. So now you have to call them just for them to start working on your prescriptions? Everyone there needs to be fired for being lazy

I wouldn't chose number 1 but had to.in order to make a complaint I had to.anyway my nurse called to see what's going on with my medication the Manger was so damn rude too her.he said he's being pulled in different directions..you know what Walgreens your Manger SUCKS GET RID OF HIM

The black guy pharmacist is very rude and doesn't like white people i seen how he treats people between white and black and it is very different need to get rid of him and rude on phone also!!!

Some of the pharmacy techs/pharmacist in this store are very unprofessional. Laughing it up when there is no discernable reason to be laughing and there is a large line. I realize their little job at Walgreens is not really fulfilling, but it is very disrespectful and discourteous to make the customer feel uncomfortable because you hate your job...

SHOUT OUT TO THE MANAGER MICHAEL!!! My experience with this particular local Walgreens (N main St Rockford, Illinois) was quite frustrating due to a lack of communication and customer follow-up on the Pharmacy end. But Thanks to the Manager on duty "Michael" I am at ease..... I sincerely appreciated his empathy, professionalism, listening skills, knowledge, understanding and genuine care and concern..... He needs to be apart of the hiring process to ensure Walgreens "ideal" employees....

The pharmacy cancels your prescriptions before the time allotted to pick it up. I don't know what they're in such a rush for. Definitely do not recommend this pharmacy at all.

I went to the western union inside north main walgreens and the lady shorted me $100 so I talked to the manager said they can't prove anything bc the cameras don't work. I'm sure the lady pocketed my money and there's no investigation or anything. That was my children's child support so I couldn't get them what they needed bc of their negligence

The staff r friendlyBut wish the pharmacy would answer when you call. Using 2 phones to call and still on hold 30min . Hopefully u don't have a emergency and need to speak to a pharmacist .

Absolutely horrible. Attempted to call multiple times every single time after being on hold over 20 minutes, someone picked up and hung up immediately. Too lazy to answer phones horrible customer service. I give them Zero stars but this makes you choose at least one.
