If I could give less than 1 star I would. The people in the pharmacy are absolutely terrible. I witnessed them treat 3 people ahead of me like trash and me as well. Don’t like people, find a different freaking job!

Terrible customer service. I had an issue with a prescription that I tried to fill in the app. The app tried to switch it to a generic which I can’t have I need the name brand and because of this it was cancelled. This cancels the entire order and now the pharmacy needed a new RX, after my doctors office was closed. When I spoke to the pharmacy technician she assured me the pharmacist was on the phone with my doctors office. I called back a couple hours later to check and I was treated like that never happened. There was no order for a new script. I was out of meds that I take daily. The woman I spoke with was very rude and condescending. I will be switching pharmacies after this. I worked in customer service for over 13 years and would never speak to a customer like she did.

Nothing but issues getting prescriptions billed correctly. They refuse to fix it and bill secondary insurance. Poor customer service every time and I’m tired of having to call my insurance every time I need a medication for Walgreens to get it together. That whole process takes days and when important medications need to be filled it’s not okay.

My husband picked up my prescriptions today he gets home it's the wrong meds, one medication I stopped taking in November and they didn't even give me the newer medicines. I called the pharmacy whoever ever answered the phone she was extremely rude and condescending. Had no care in the world they gave me the wrong meds. Then proceeded to tell me my newer meds were not covered by my insurance. I stated yes they are they were last time. She threw in there I thought they were new meds how would you know if insurance covers them? I told her I said they were newer meds and that they are covered . She said oh, well they will be ready shortly. When I asked her name she hung up. Why would she try and say they were not covered by my insurance and give me meds I no longer take and didn't even give me the meds I'm supposed to have? Then be ignorant to me? I have seen the reviews on here about the pharmacy and they are horrible. Obviously Walgreens does not care if they have made no changes . I will be changing pharmacies after I get the rest of my meds. It's their mistake but they are rude to me. Unbelievable.

Took 4 pages to get help inEyecare. Then wait some more on the line because they are so slow. I used to like shopping here but anymore good help is. hard to get. Young kid with a bun on his head, poor manager.

The worse place I have ever been to , just happens to drop off my prescription here today since we’re 4 minutes away , the employees here are so rude , the one who was helping me didn’t want to help me out, I have questions about my insurance and asking her to help call my doctor to see if they can reorder another genetic brand since my insurance doesn’t coverage and she just raised her voice and say firm No ! She’s not going to do it and it not her job , didn’t like how she was talking to customers very unprofessional and I decided to take my prescription and left to another place which they are so generous and helpful, I am done with this place and never coming back here ,

Go to this location on a Sunday at 1100. 2 customers in the store and 4 employees. I just stopped in for allergy medicine. The medicine that works best for me is locked up( extremely annoying) but like a good customer that I am, I press the button that singles an employee that you need help in that area. The chime went off 4 time(approx 5 minutes) before an employee came over. I asked for the medicine behind the locked case. The response was "oh, I'll have to get a manager" manager comes by ask which one. I pointed the the exact brand with a bit of frustration, I feel he purposely grabs a different package and ask "this one" with a condescending tone. I said if it's the same one to the left then yea. He grabs it and I reach to take it, he turns away from and say he'll take it up to the register. I said that ridiculous, and he smiks and says is there a problem. I replied yes, I'm not a criminal and can carry my own. He mumbled something under his breath and kept walking away.

Label items as 50% off (I.e. buy one, get one) and then tell you at the register that it’s for rewards card holders only. I don’t have one as I don’t stop in regularly. I believe that will now change to never. Store is a dump anyway, but it’s on my way home from work.

This is one of the worst Walgreens In Rockford the employees have no idea what they’re doing. They’re also very rude. And your always waiting forever. They billed my insurance wrong and I was off my medication for a week while going on a wild goose chase calling my insurance company to figure out why they won’t cover my meds and all along it was because the tech didn’t know what she was doing. I will be going elsewhere from now on.
