My husband and I both had appointments for annual eye exams. It was our first time going to visionworks. At first I was unsure about telehealth appoints done in office but it was a great experience. The staff was very friendly and attentive! Overall it was a very satisfactory appointment!

Dear Lord, where to begin with this place. First of all, I waited two hours to be seen, and when they finally took me back to the room, they said that they “lost my file” and would have to contact IT, and that I would have to sit and wait, and they were not sure how long that was going to take. To top things off they don’t have an actual optometrist at the location. They just have virtual optometrists. This place is extremely unprofessional, and they kept blaming the issues on the new system that they had in place. Obviously, your new system is not working and please do not waste your time going to this place.

The ladies that work there were very knowledgeable and were attentive. They allowed me time to browse the store, but made sure I knew they were available if I needed help. They looked up the 2 insurances that I have and made sure I knew my allowance. When purchasing glasses she made sure I was aware of all cost.

I had the pleasure of being helped by Pam. I want to begin by stating I'm not the type to do these surveys but this associate left an impression on me. The day prior I had a bad experience at another vision center. When I walked into Vision Works Pam stopped what she was doing and immediately helped me. She guided me to a pair of glasses that I'm excited to get. Every step of the process was painless. She made me comfortable with her knowledge and made me feel like a friend was helping me not just another customer being pushed through the channel. Thank you Pam!

We got there late on a Saturday afternoon and they squeezed us right in. Everyone was friendly from the front staff to the optometrist. I was very impressed with the customer service which is why I'm taking the time to write a review.

Had a first time experience at vision works at Cherry vale mall in Rockford Illinois. Made an appointment and was able to get it the same day The staff was very helpful and patient The Dr was so knowledgeable made sure I understood the changes that was going on with my eyes I recommend Vision Works for your eye wear they have such a great selection of eye wear to chose from

Everyone is amazing and so helpful and nice from the moment I sat down everyone helped and was so caring and nice … Pam is so helpful and kind ! I cannot say enough about how much I love this place ! I will spread the word on the exceptional service!

On hold for 15 minutes after calling the local number and a call center answers and doesn't help at all. Avoid this place and the bad service. 20 minutes wasted

I have been into Visionworks at Cherryvale Mall several times over the past few months. Each time I entered the store, I was greeted immediately by Heather or Pam, even though they were always extremely busy with many customers! Both of them were patient as I tried on many different frames until I found the ones I wanted. They were professional, kind and extremely helpful with all of my questions. I feel like this type of customer service is rare these days and needs to be recognized!

Visited the Visionworks at the Cherryvale Mall, Rockford, IL location (store# 849) on July 10th, 2023 and was greeted with a smile by Heather. I explained to Heather that I needed nose pads for my Columbia glasses that I purchased six’ish months ago as she did not hesitate to set me up and install two new pads. Nice to get great customer service! Thank you again, Heather!!

The staff and doctor were welcoming and listened to my concerns. They were helpful and worked with my insurance to explain my options for contacts. I would recommend this store for eye care needs.
