This mall is *not* accessible!!!First, the handicap restroom on the first floor isn’t much, if any, bigger than the normal stalls. Plus, there are no paper towels for people who can’t use the hand dryers for any reason. Finally, the sinks and soap dispensers aren’t very accessible for wheelchair users.Secondly, the *single* elevator that my fiancée and I could find on the first floor was out of order. I can walk a bit, so we decided to use the escalator… which I ended up falling and getting hurt on!!!Overall, *not* an enjoyable experience, and I am unsure if I will be returning.

My partner and I drove out of town for Valentine's Day to visit the mall and we absolutely loved it. They have a decent variety of shops and food options. My personal favorite being Box lunch! But the mall feels modern, its clean. Carpets are a fresh surprise and loved the colors of the walls too.The arcade titled looked really fun and we plan to come back and mess around there. This is a very nice modern mall that can be enjoyed by any age. Worth the drive outta town! ??

Hardly any stores and there’s always something involving the police here, whether it be fights or someone shooting.

This mall is absolutely mind blowing in the worst way! An extraordinary amount of stores have closed down & the space stands vacant. There were a numerous amount of stores that looked as if they should be open for business but the lights were shut off with doors locked. In a nutshell, the vibe of the mall is awful!

My son just came into the store (Rock America)asking for a job application and the sales person proceeded to be extremely rude and actually yelled at my son for bothering her. If this is the level of customer service you have, your store will not be in business very long. Zero stars.
