A gentleman named Kevin helped me set up my new phone service and wifi plan today and he helped me get like 3 different discounts. Dude was super patient and helpful. Give that man a raise cause i typically hate phone stores and their aggressive employees.

Honestly several years ago I had a horrible experience at Verizon (different location) so I was dreading my visit today. I was very pleasantly surprised....other than no one greeting us for about 5 minutes. A young gentleman came over named Gjourden and proceeded to help us, he was fantastic!! Did not try and upsell anything to me, actually found a couple different ways I could knock about $15 off my bill! I'm older, I don't need or want everything little thing explained to me... especially services that I am not going to use. Gjourden listened to me, transferred all the important stuff over for me, used his own wifi, since the store's was not working, even put on my screen
protector and case! Since he was listening to me, I actually did purchase a few other things (happy customers buy more!). Gjourden is a keeper, deserves a raise, and maybe a promotion to trainer!! 10 gold stars Gjourden!!

Terrible experience, wait time was too long and because we tried to look up pricing on our own. A worker looked at us and said "oh looks like someone took our spot" to the customer they were "helping". There was a completely open computer with multiple chairs next to it. So sorry we inconvenienced you and you had to choose another work station.

I had a nice experience with Jerreau. Came in looked around wanted to price some things and make a decision on one. He was patient and was knowledgeable with what i was asking. When my decision is made I will be back!

Had issues with no cellular service using Verizon's chat app made it worse. I went into this store and Kevin went above and beyond, seriously, and solved my issue very quickly and very professionally. Highly recommended.

Terrible service. One worker went to her car and when she finally returned stated she couldn’t help anyone because her job was to register customers when they arrived. Like one every 10 minutes. Bad attitude as well. Manager said I’m not allowed to video tape inside store of her just sitting there. One customer said she would return at a later time after waiting about 30 minutes. My recent experience is a reminder to never have Verizon as a cell phone provider. After a different authorized version retailer spend 3 hours failing to activate a smart watch and me canceling the account immediately, Verizon continued to send me bills for months and no calls to customer service were useful as I needed a pin number I never set up. I was required to go to a physical corporate location. Irish was the salesman I worked with who made it very clear that he didn't appreciate my frustration towards "the person who was trying to fix someone else's mistake". I never raised my voice but after being told multiple times that they would "try" to get me some credits my level of frustration was high. This was further exacerbated by the manager Sahid/Saheed having the audacity to try not once but twice to give me a quote to move my cell phones to Verizon. I found the entire encounter extremely unprofessional, down to the last interaction where the credit was supposedly applied but I was unable to receive any type of confirmation or even a business card for the employee if I receive another bill.

Came to this store because I placed an order online like they want us to do. The orders were flagged as fraud. I tried to work with fraud department and they refused to speak to me, treating me like a criminal. I then decided to make a trip to this store and show my ID to prove it’s me that was making the order, I am the account owner and always have been for 14 years. The rep in store informed me we had to go through the fraud department and he would help me navigate and let the agent know I verified my ID. He did as he said he would but fraud refused to speak to me saying I was not the account holder. Finally after nearly 6 hours I was able to leave the store but today, 1 month later, my account is still flagged as fraud and sms has been disabled. Working with customer service has been a huge pain and this has caused financial problems for me as I cannot verify bank accounts or credit accounts as they require 2FA, which I can’t verify because I cannot receive SMS. Never have I had the experience where when following the companies requirements that I’m treated like a criminal. Received a notice by mail saying my account is under investigation and they will be taking legal action. What am I even supposed to do with that when I the customer was doing as I was told to perform a simple upgrade? I will absolutely be looking into a different carrier after all this is finally over. For 14 years I’ve never missed a payment and to be treated like I came into their place of work and robbed the place is absolutely insane.

After a frustrating morning at a different Verizon I came here to get the issue with my phone fixed. I told them the issue and they knew exactly what needed to be done. My wait wasn’t long and the associate who helped me, Cedric, was great at hearing me out, making me feel welcomed, and walked me through all the steps so I knew what was going on. He even went and asked for help from his manager when he did hit a bump in the road. He even double checked his work. Thank you!!

Jason helped me keep my sanity!
I had been having issues with Verizon tech support online and spent countless hours with them on the phone trying to get my replacement phone activated. Jason did it in less than 5 minutes. THANK YOU

Do not activate your phone online. The service is awful and takes the entire day.
