This notice is issued on behalf of the nonprofit organization "Make Illinois Smoke Free Again." We hereby inform you that we have documented several instances of controlled buys and/or sales to minors at your location over the past two months. These violations, along with numerous other infractions of state laws, have been recorded via video and audio.
We intend to present this evidence to the appropriate authorities in the State of Illinois.
To all consumers I’d stay away!

David was the employee who helped me when I was buying a new vape and he was extremely knowledgeable and patient! Great store! Thanks! I normally visit the one in Elgin, but happened to be out in Rockford this time and whenever I'm in that area and need anything I'll definitely come by!

The Mexican guy there tonight. What an awesome dude. He didn't try to sell me on the most expensive battery for my cartridge. Was kind and professional. Skyler the manager also has always been amazing. Never had bad service. Genuinely nice people

Store Manager, deserves some recognition, and the owner of this business needs to know that the gentleman that runs this store has some amazing customer service skills. Though I am not happy Raz isn’t carrying polar ice anymore. The Manager helped me try and find something to get me by until I find something similar. It’s a difficult time we live in and This manager went above and beyond in comparison to many other managers in the area. Keep up the good work!

Device didn’t work. Store won’t refund.THE OWNER REPLY IS FALSE. It was not disposable. The woman who sold the device tried to power it on in store and said, “it just needs to charge. You can return it if it doesn’t work.” When we tried to return the device because it wouldn’t turn on even after charging, we were told no. This place is a scam.
