I moved iny mee place in July 1 put in change address to my job to forwardy checks I still have not gotten a check yet it's now AUG 10 no mail either they said the system didn't accept my card had to go it all over again another change address card now I have a five day notice law suit

Wow ! I'm reading much of bad reviews. I want to say thank you management team for holding my mail and being considerate about my issue..Thank u staffs as well. I never had a bad issue from this location at all. Very friendly and they actually care. God bless

I have issues with carrier not picking up out going mail or packages even though I have filed 3 complaints and carriers were told to check my apartment building daily for out going mail. So packages just sit there waiting to be stolen or arriving late to destinations. USPS has really gone down hill.

This is the difference between USPS and competitors. We have videos of our mail lady dropping packages out of her truck into our driveway. We have a clear path to our COVERED AND DRY porch. She refuses to walk to it. We have called and it doesn't do any good. Honestly I wish there was a way you could pick who delivers your stuff. Not once has UPS or FedEx ever left a package in our driveway. They leave it at the front door. The only time we can get a package correctly delivered is on her off day. It's not personal just common sense where you would put something you get paid to do? When USPS delivers we have to guess what part of the driveway she decides to drop it in. I even have worked at this office.. so it truly doesn't matter if you're an employee or not. Highly recommend if you live on rural 2, just stop package delivery at your house. We have to return half of it because she leaves them in puddles.

Received a package from this facility Open with everything inside missing. UPS showed me pictures of the package been delivered to this facility unopen..... People in this facility are garbage!

This evening 2 postman from your company verbally assaulted my wife and refused to leave our property til I came out and started threatening to call the cops. It was a older white man and a black man. I suggest doing better background checks clearly you have highed 2 very disrespectful and in competent employee's. I hope you resolve this problem so I don't have to take further action. My wife will also be by to make a formal commitment in the am seeing as your customer service line seems to not be able to connect with anyone

Trying to figure out why our mail is always late? Or they didn't bother to deliver in my area. We have no Regular mail carrier and haven't for quite a few years now our Regular Retired!! Anyway I'm getting really upset about our mail getting delivered way late in the evening this is crazy and makes no sense at all. It is Monday July 27th and the time is 7:46 P.M and I know it hasn't ran because I was waiting on ????? Very Disappointed. Please find us a permanent postal delivery from Kilburn location.

I went to pick up a package for someone else, followed the steps needed and the lady told me I couldn't pick it up. When phoning and speaking to supervisor Raz, she had an attitude and stated her worker was probably busy so wasn't paying attention and mistakenly denied me the package. This isn't an excuse for you not knowing how to do your simple job properly. People don't have extra time and gas money for your mistakes and unprofessional attitude Raz. Get it together kilburn postal service.

Here again for losing my package…3rd one in 3 weeks! Been calling all day with no answer so had to drive out. Get there and there’s a handwritten sign saying they’re closed for lunch. This has to be one of the worst post offices around!
