I have had nothing but good experiences with this branch. Lindsay in client services is exceptional. She is very attentive, knowledgeable and helpful! The tellers are friendly and efficient. Drew is great and always welcoming. There can be a bit of a wait at the drive-through at times, but it is obvious that the tellers are working the counter as well as the window and are taking care of people in the order that they arrive. I am grateful that they are taking their time to ensure that transactions are accurate and mistakes are not made with my money :) We have been doing business with this bank for a few years and will continue well into the future.

I have to use this bank for business reason otherwise I wouldn’t come close this branch. I use the drive thru and no matter what time of day it’s always a 10 minute wait time. I just do a simple check deposit. The people are ok I just don’t understand why it takes them so long every time I use their bank. Also, their hours are horrible. Only open to 4 and no later times is just ridiculous. Definitely not customer focused or friendly.

Rachel has poor time management and can't keep appointment times. Might as well be a walk in business, don't offer appointments if you can't keep your appointments on time.

Just like the other reviews said: Worst banking experience of my life. The manager rudely speaks over you instead of listening. "Do you work here? Do you work here? Do you work here? Then you don't know the policy, do you?"Why would you ask a customer, repeatedly, if he works for you? The level of rudeness and incompetence at this bank is truly unbelievable. And this is from the branch manager, no less. i advise you stay far, far away from this rude and incompetent branch.

The staff is rude and also not very helpful. They said they couldn't add me to my wife's checking account because there was no open appointments. The only ones in the bank were the 3 bankers, my wife and I. How were they out of appointments? The manager was in her office going through her phone and the bankers just having their dunkin coffees. What a waste of time driving to this branch.

Super disappointed. I thought all branch lobby locations were open (apparently full lobby access doesn't open until this upcoming Monday, today is Friday) so I went to this location to speak with a banker about updating my account information. I was in the parking lot at 11:15 a.m. and was told (when I called from outside) that there were no appointments available with a banker until next week. The parking lot was completely empty except for where the employees park; which had five cars.I find it very hard to believe that there was no one available the whole day to briefly meet with me. Even if it was the manager who had to be the one to update the account, someone should have made time to do so. Instead I called the Machesney Park branch and they were able to meet with me immediately even though their lobby was “closed” too. Which is fine, except that I had to drive there an I was literally sitting in front of this branch....Apparently it is too much to ask the employees inside to stop scrolling their Facebook page long enough to update my information, but fortunately Machesney Park does what they are paid to do and so does BMO Harris which is where we were (lobby also closed btw) prior to coming here.

I used to love this branch. Everyone was always nice and welcoming but ever since covid and moving things to drive -through I hate it. I dread coming to the bank now because I have to wait 20 mins to even get someone to help me. The worst is when I sit for that long and finally get to the front of the line, and other people in the other line get helped before i do and I understand they may be busy but they should have a better system. I shouldn’t have to wait that long to be helped. Ridiculous.

Just called the bank spoke with a gentleman about coming to the bank to pickup cash for a down payment, when I arrived I was rudely told I cannot take more then 1000$ out of my bank account. After many questions and rude responses we only were able to get a cashier check. Terrible service Jaci was rude the entire time
