The worst experience ever. They don’t even deserve a star. I would give them 0.
I was there to do a simple hairstyle, an upper bun. First, one of the stylists started to do it but she couldn’t figure out how to do it. Then she asked her colleague for help. They didn’t know what they were doing. They both were doing the bun and still it wasn’t the one I was looking for.
After going back and forth they asked another girl that was working there. She did the final touches. I didn’t like how the hairstyle came out , it looked like a bush. It is obvious that they are not professionals, but they get used to the customers. If they can't make hair styles, why should they accept clients who request these services? Don't book them if you really don't want to waste time and money

I’ve learned my lesson today, at Ulta.
Salespeople are nowhere to be found.
Usually this wouldn’t be a problem except for when you would like to purchase product that is behind a locked cabinet. I will from now on purchase online after “testing” in store.

Great selection, but poor customer service from the staff. I was looking for a specific palette but couldn't find any staff to help. When I finally did, the woman seemed annoyed that I had approached her with a question. She said she would send someone to assist me, but she didn't, and I was left standing there anxiously waiting for help.

I compared/research Ulta Beauty with Sephora products and as a Avon Rep. I ran into a problem I noticed that Sephora is known for high-end luxury brand products while Sephora stay true to reasonable priced in make-up. As a Avon Rep, I suggest checking around different online prices of make-up that has a fair/reasonable prices. Avon, has good quality makeup like/similar to Mary Kay. But, my nephew's girlfriend Ava likes Temu prices BETTER especially makeup palette by Kevin & Coco Christmas Babe creamy delicate eyeshadows

Dirty dirty store I was shocked to see it in such bad condition!! Shelves were not stocked appropriately-open cardboard box with product sitting in them. Shelves were so dirty dusty and sticky. The line to check out was all the way to hot irons and NO ONE came to help. I ask for assistance and the very snippy lady said she waited be right back she headed to the back and never came back.

Normally I go to the one in machesney. I stopped by this one because I was next door at DSW. The thing that got me while I was in there shopping which I spent over $500 I saw a salesperson was asking someone if they need help let him know so I waited for her to get done saying that and I Rose my hand and say Yes I need help I need shampoo she pointed somewhere I don't I was taken and looked the like Iwasn't I was very very upset this happened today which is febuary 2nd about 4:00 they need to teach their workers better customer I will not be returning back to the rapper location I almost don't even want to come back but I like the one in machesney they have great customer
