I had a nail in my tire and was leaking some coolant. I ended up having to have four hoses replaced. Thanks to Danielle Dodson who works there she gave me a ride home so I wouldn’t have to sit there for two hours while they worked on my car. She picked me up when it was done and even brought up my garbage bins to my garage. I actually have worked in customer service my whole life and Danielle is EXCELLENT at her job. While I had waited in the beginning to get my car diagnosed I listened to her conversations to other customers and she is so articulate with what needs to be done and detail oriented answering all questions asked by the customers. You just don’t find many good customer service people around anymore. I hope if her boss reads this he will compensate her for her hard work and going above and beyond for the customers. I know I really appreciate all she did for me. Thanks, Danielle.

Was heading to work, but my car would not start and found out my car’s battery was dead after calling road assistance. After my car’s battery was jumped, I went to get a new car battery and Tire Tracks could also reset my car’s computer after a new battery was installed.
Tire Tracks was able to install a new battery in my car and reset the engine’s computer in a timely manner. Price was fair and service was good

Phenomenal service. Highly recommended.
Tire kept losing pressure. Was driving by and thought I would just swing in to see if I could set up an appointment. They looked at my car right away, performed a tire repair and I was out the door.
Will definitely use them and recommend them to friends in the area
