“Had yet another piece of metal stuck in back tire. The tire was wore out so today was the day to get something different. I stopped in this afternoon. They didn't have any used tires, but they did have new. They had them installed and I was back on the road 23 minutes after I pulled in the lot.

AAA referred us to Marks Auto Service of nearby Rockford, Illinois and they had already checked their inventory and were ready to repair our vehicle upon arrival via tow. The needed repair was explained and completed within an hour and half and we were on our way…adding another 1500 miles trouble free. We are very pleased with their service and craftsmanship and would recommend them to family and friends.”
“I got my car diagnosed for an issue I was having. They were the least expensive for diagnosing my car and they were quick. I didn't get my car fixed with them because the repair price was out of my budget but they were so nice and helpful. They even said that they didn't care where I got my repaired, just to do the work because it was important. The first repair place I've been to where they were super nice, helpful, and courteous.”

“I brought my granddaughters car in for an alignment and they told me she needed balanced tires so they jumped right on it and got it done. We didnt wait but 15 minutes. Such great service. I am a disabled vet I only have one leg I pulled into the tires plus in Cherry Valley IL and Mike and Steve all though they were very busy, pulled my van in and fixed it for me right away.
