I also just found out that there roster is fake because they gave me and one of my friends the same dress. When i went with my friend we got a worker that was very rude and did not explain the policies of the store. When she went back to exchange they told her no but she was not told this before. We went back today to pick it up and the woman who originally took her on was there and was incredibly rude and gave me an attitude when i asked why she did not explain the policy when we were first there. I dont recommend going there if any of the young girls are working there because they will really ruin your experience. They also dont dress for a high end shop the people in macy's dress better. Also the dresses are cheap looking and over priced so go to Windsor they are cheaper for the same thing.

I so enjoyed finding the perfect dress for my son’s wedding. The staff was so friendly and helped find the right dress for me.I felt special. At first glance I didn’t think this store would have a dress for a woman in her 60’s but there were several to choose from. I also bought a purse and jewelry and will have the dress hemmed. Thank you Tiger Lily dress shop!

The staff was extremely helpful when picking out a dress for my daughter. She had to have it altered though because the dress was small. The alterations were only $40, completed by the next day and was absolutely beautiful! We are very happy and satisfied!

Tiger Lily's staff here is amazing. Some of the best customer service I've experienced while shopping. They stay with you as long as you need and help color coordinate you. The young lady that helped my daughter I believe her name was Heaven or Heather, my daughter came home so happy because she was having trouble finding a dress based off her weight gain in the last year. The young girl stayed with us the entire time and gave her some wonderful advice. The Asian lady on our way out was lovely as well.

I will never go back there. My daughter bought a dress and the employer said that she could exchange. We went back yesterday, the next morning,and the manager said that that dress was for final sell,no exchange. We explained that she was told differently. She handled the situation, looking her employer saying " next time this is for final sell". I said" too late to teach her". She didn't help us at all and we have $170 dress that my daughter can't use it.

The staff at the Cherry valley mall store are Absolutely amazing. They helped my daughter find a dress and shoes that she loved and I approved of. I can not rave enough about how patient and helpful they were. They definitely took the stress out of finding the right dress for her first homecoming without any pressure. Tiger lily boutique is definitely our go to store from now on. Oh and the prices are extremely affordable.

if you struggle with an ED or body image issues do not enter this store. the clothes are cute but you’ll soon notice most of the dresses are made for people the size of middle school cheerleaders. my left thigh could easily fill out the waist of most of the dresses in the shop and i’m not even that large. very triggering environment and i just wanted to warn people beforehand (looking on the racks i couldn’t find a dress larger than a medium or a 5. frustrating to see all these cute outfits that i couldn’t even fit into in the depths of my anorexia. 0/10 recommend

I shopped in this store for about two hours going through multiple dresses for prom. I finally found a beautiful dress that I was completely set on and even chose the accessories for about another 30-40 mins. Once I finished to purchase the dress was told about a ‘new store policy’. I told what school I went to and because another girl had the same dress and went to the same school as me I was not able to purchase the dress or any accessories. Very disappointed and upset. I have been looking for prom dresses for days on end now and finally found out to be resulted in this. Super petty.

We came in to exchange a dress to buy a more expensive one and was told yes only for store credit though. Then was told we need the receipt. Why do you need a receipt to exchange a dress???? You bagged it and the tags are still on. No where on the receipt does it say you need it to exchange. The lady who sold it to us didn’t say we needed it either. I had to drive all the way home to get the darn thing an hour away. For what? You need to rethink this system. Why did the lady take the dress from me and walk away with it to see if it is exchangeable in the first place????? Terrible service. She made me feel like a criminal.
