Called to get information on having the store pack and ship a painting. The rep didn't understand that understand that the dimensions and weight would change after packing. She got frustrated and hung up on me. Called FedEx and had an answer in 45 seconds. Shipped with fedex too.

Do not use their boxing service. Silly me for thinking the employee had ethics but I was wrong. I sent two small pocket knives back to the manufacturer for repair/sharpening but they only received one of them. I didn't have an appropriate sized box so I used their service for that. Staying to watch her box the knives would have been wise looking back. I not only won't use this store again but will never use UPS because of this. Completely disappointing.

Lisa the store owner is VERY RUDE. She lacks cordial "customer service". Lisa puts a shadow over "appreciation" and use for small businesses.

This place is awesome. Super great and friendly service. I use them for their notary service, which is inexpensive and and when I need my packages shipped fast. Highly recommend.
