I've been coming here since 2015. There is no better gym in my opinion. The trainers are the best and Jared has helped me get through many difficult times in my life. Jared and his team helped rehab me after 2 hip surgeries and have always been there for emotional support. I find myself needing to be there every morning even when I am depressed and don't feel like doing anything. It is a great community full of great people all there to accomplish fitness goals. My strength and well being have improved tremendously over the last few years. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love this location and the staff. Everyone is super friendly and it's such a fun atmosphere. It is definitely one of the cleanest gyms I've been in.

I’ve been going to The Fit for almost 8 years now and I love it. I’ve had three children and through all my pregnancies I continued to workout at The Fit. They kept me in shape during pregnancy and got me back into shape after all of them. I’ve continued to grow and learn, even after all these years, I still am always learning something new and being challenged in different ways! By far the best gym I’ve ever been apart of and I will forever be apart of The Fit family!

I have been a member of the FIT for almost 9 years. It’s not only a gym, it’s a community. I have gained lasting friendships here! Jared is very knowledgeable and carefully curates the workouts to optimize strength and metabolic flexibility. The FIT trainers are amazing at what they do. Highly recommend!!

The Fit is the most personalized gym I have belong to! 2or 3 coaches per session always correcting your form and giving you u a recommendation weight for u to workout with. For me that I cannot do it on my own , enjoying group classes and having my fav coach working there is def a place to go to . ??I love the fact that all the coaches there are always spot on! I love the tissue release at the beginning of each session , the yoga class , that I can bring my tiny one with me and the hours they run.

The FIT truly is like Family. Jared(owner) and each of his staff members acknowledge you by name each and every time you walk through the door. They are knowledgeable, encouraging, VERY patient and NEVER judgmental.Small group training sessions always change so you'll never be bored.The FIT is for all fitness levels, exercises can be modified to your level ensuring everyone has a great workout.You may think they do not notice but Jared and his staff are always watching and any one of them will come over and make corrections if needed and tell you what a great job you are doing.Attitude starts at the top. This is so true at the FIT, starting with Jared and continuing with his staff and even members of the FIT.Awesome place to be, give it a try. You will LOVE it!!

Definitely the most advanced training from here to Chicago. Jared and all of the trainers at the fit combine proper training techniques, creativity and a dose of fun to create interesting, challenging and effective workouts every single day. You can choose between 2-3 styles of workouts each day to meet your fitness goals. Don’t worry about specific injuries because every trainer knows how to make modifications to work through anything you throw their way. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else if your goal is to get into shape FAST.

Great classes, great workouts, great instructors and a great atmosphere. I love the community and people but the programming keeps me coming back. The variety of workouts are challenging but fun. The trainers keep you motivated and push you to keep getting better. The Fit has been the best establishment for my mental and physical well-being.

I joined The FIT almost 10 years ago and can honestly say it changed my life! The passion, knowledge, professionalism and expertise of the owner Jared is second to NONE. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone who is looking to change the way they look and feel. This is absolutely not a quick fix, nor is it easy in any way. If you're willing to listen, learn and work hard you will not be disappointed. It's a lifestyle and it's a family who love, support and encourage one another.

What a wonderful gym! My 2 daughters who play/played Division 1 volleyball talked me into starting 7 months ago. They have been going for quite a few years now, they love it and it has kept them in great condition to play the sport that they love. I was very intimated at first and didn't know if I could do it, but I felt welcomed right away and all of the trainers were very willing to work with me at the level that I was at. I feel that I have improved, but I still have a long way to go, but I know that they will get me there, I learn new things every week! I have lost 10 pounds and feel in better shape than I have been in decades! Try The Fit, you won't regret it!!
