I love my hair she did a wonderful job I use to have to go back home to Chicago to get my hair done but now I don’t have to I found my person that I can trust with doing my braids how I like them thank you 🥰🥰

You book an appointment with her & 9/10 she will have you waiting 30-45 mins before she even starts on your hair. You book an appointment with her & she will have someone else you don’t even know do your hair. She also didn’t do my locs right. I can’t even part down the middle. Some of my locs are big and some are small. I wish I could just take them down & start over. Every time I got a retwist by her 3-4 twists came down the same day. She stopped doing my hair I’m assuming because she wasn’t getting tipped. If I have to wait 30-45 mins for you to start my hair I will not tip you. She’s unprofessional for scheduling people & making them wait to get their hair done. She also likes to change what she charges for a retwist per client. You don’t have to do my hair don’t worry. I’ll take my money elsewhere to someone who appreciates it!

Very unprofessional. Canceled on me last night when I was supposed to have my hair braided today at 2pm. Now plans have to be canceled bc I’m unable to find someone who can do my hair in time. She tried to reschedule for Sunday but unfortunately having my hair braided so late won’t work out since I have to work the next day. Very disappointed.

Today was my 2nd visit here and I am so not satisfied everytime I think about my hair I want to cry like I can't even wear my hair down because it's so uneven and I paid 305$ for this these box braids that I just got done today and I was crying as I was letting them know how unsatisfied I was oh and not to mention they was asked to add more hair at bottom to even it out and she only did one braid like whatAnd no it was not the lala lady it was the other 2 but GiGi I would really appreciate if you can contact me about this because again I can't even wear my hair down because it looks terribleService: Box Braids
